Self-assessment of professional competence of human resource management
First, the formation of basic qualities
From the first contact with the course of human resource management, I became a little interested and unconsciously began to accumulate relevant knowledge. I systematically studied organizational behavior and management psychology in class, read some books related to human resource management and psychology after class, and even took training as the theme of my undergraduate thesis. Nevertheless, I just regard it as a reading preference. I don't think it will become the direction of my employment or even the goal I pursue all my life.
As a graduate student, limited by my major (Marxist theory and ideological and political education), there are few things directly related to human resource management, but the reading and analysis of classic works and a lot of training after class have exercised my meticulous logical thinking ability and calm psychological quality.
After employment, because it involves the financial industry, I studied and read related majors, and combined with extensive reading habits, I quickly formed my own advantages and determined the basic direction of human resource management. Later, he received systematic training in all aspects of human resource management, including attending professional training courses organized by human resource consulting institutions such as the Western Triangle, and also including the Human Resource Management Forum (HRA) organized by Zhaopin, and obtained the second-class certificate of human resource manager in 2004.
Second, accumulate practical experience.
The accumulation of theory made me have the basic quality of engaging in human resource management, but I soon realized that this is a very complicated knowledge. What I have can only lead me through the door, but I can't see the whole picture. Accumulating experience in practice is the key to improve this aspect.
Engaged in human resources in three companies, focusing on training and development, salary and welfare in Beijing Securities; In Huaxia Securities, it focuses on recruitment and labor relations; CITIC Construction Investment focuses on post setting and performance management. Under the special arrangement of my own initiative and leadership, my work involves almost all aspects of human resource management, and all of them start from the bottom, which lays the foundation for the improvement of my human resource professionalism and problem-solving ability. After six years of work experience, I gradually became familiar with the basic processes and handling rules of human resource management, and was able to grasp the main contradictions, solve problems in a targeted manner and put forward constructive suggestions.
1, presiding over the recruitment of the company's business departments, and being familiar with the workflow. From designing recruitment notices, accurately grasping the matching degree between the company's needs and candidates, to designing structured interviews independently, effectively integrating professional level and basic quality, giving humanized feedback, and providing basis for the final company's employment decision; At present, we are cooperating with the company in job analysis and post evaluation, participating in the formulation of post rank management system, sorting out and simply analyzing previous posts, and passing experiments in individual departments. At the same time, according to the existing posts and personnel, post adjustment and staffing are carried out through the personnel analysis report.
2. Be familiar with the labor relations policy, be responsible for the formulation of the company's labor policy and labor contract text, and assist in handling labor disputes. I have handled labor arbitration caused by open-ended labor contracts, labor disputes caused by company handover, labor disputes caused by institutional adjustment and job changes. I have participated in labor arbitration, am familiar with arbitration procedures, accurately grasp the policy basis, and can provide professional advice for policy formulation and problem handling.
3. All three companies are responsible for performance management, first of all, the original evaluation of virtue and ability, then the goal-oriented 360-degree evaluation, and then the performance management of balanced scorecard and KPI, with equal emphasis on process and result. Of course, different company cultures and different stages have different actual effects. But through practice, I am familiar with their operation process, see the actual effect and understand their respective problems. At present, it has taken the lead in formulating the performance management system, presided over this year's performance appraisal, and formulated the balanced scorecard and KPI for next year.
4. I am responsible for the training and development of the company and preside over professional training. At present, the company mainly focuses on internal training, once served as the main lecturer of HR system promotion, and conducted systematic training in five branches of the company; Conduct conceptual training for the promulgation of the company's new system; At present, I am preparing for the comprehensive improvement training of performance management in the whole system, and I have rich training experience.
5. I am responsible for the company's salary and welfare management, including salary budget, structure analysis, welfare design, salary payment, insurance payment, etc. Participate in salary structure design and welfare project design of the company.
6. Due to the limitation of the company environment, I didn't involve too much human resources planning, organizational culture, organizational change and development, but only had a simple understanding of some channels, ways and forms.
7. I am familiar with human resource management tools, participated in the development of the company's HR system, can accurately grasp and sort out the process, and put forward the demand of relying on the company's development. At present, I am the super administrator of the system, proficient in data statistics and structural analysis methods, and good at finding the joints of the system and improving them.
Third, improve the level in an all-round way
Years of knowledge accumulation and practical experience in recent years have proved that there is still a big gap between ourselves and human resources experts, which is not only reflected in the systematic knowledge, but also limited in innovation and development. This is of course due to frequent job changes, lack of in-depth research on all aspects of human resource management, and the inability to conduct all-round peer exchanges. So I gradually began to work hard to improve the level of human resource management. On the one hand, I hope to strengthen my systematic study and participate in the training of human resource managers and senior human resource managers; On the other hand, it is also an idea to communicate with peers through various channels and join different human resource management groups (MSN).
As a career that can devote my life, I believe that human resource management can provide me with a broad space and realize my life value.
