The revitalization of rural education needs not only the strong support of national policies, but also the unremitting efforts of rural teachers themselves and the full cooperation of rural teachers. The rural head teacher is the key figure in the development of rural students, the leader in the construction of rural teachers and the core force in the development of rural schools. [1] According to the actual situation of the suburban rural primary school where I work, the author lists the practical cases of uniting and cooperating with the teachers in this class to promote the all-round development of students, and expounds the wisdom of the rural class teacher as the leader of the teacher team.
First, the basis of cooperation between rural class teachers and subject teachers
Makarenko said: "Where teachers are not combined into a unified collective, there can be no unified educational process." The growth of any student is the result of the collective wisdom of teachers. Teaching and educating people is the responsibility of every teacher. In every link of education, whether it is a class teacher or a subject teacher, educational behavior should not be lacking. [2] In rural primary schools, most class teachers undertake two main courses, Chinese and mathematics, and the task of class is heavy. In contrast, students prefer to be teachers, and they are more free and relaxed. Therefore, the head teacher must strengthen the cooperation and cooperation with the subject teachers, give full play to their educational role in the class, and finally form a joint force to shoulder the heavy responsibility of educating students.
1. Current situation of rural subject teachers' work
The author recalls that the first time I met the staff and notation was in the music class of the normal school in the city. In the author's memory, in the nine years of primary school and junior high school, the music class was that the teacher used a tape recorder to play some songs and the students learned to sing by themselves, without professional guidance and explanation at all. Teachers of many subjects, such as art, physical education, morality, etc. , is held by some old teachers. Most of them can't undertake the heavy work of the head teacher due to physical reasons, so they don't reserve professional knowledge or choose their own subjects of interest according to the needs of school courses. How can such rural teachers improve the comprehensive quality of rural students? Take music, physical education and aesthetics as examples. Rural children themselves lack artistic influence, and they have no chance to accompany them on stage. Although the network is developed now, students can "draw a gourd ladle" according to their own preferences, but without the support of systematic professional knowledge, how can they have long-term development?
Since the curriculum reform, the state has advocated quality education and paid more and more attention to rural education. For the balanced development of urban and rural education, we have continuously invested in rural schools, built school buildings and improved the educational environment; Constantly sending art and physical education teachers who graduated from various universities to teach in rural schools, these "fresh blood" have brought vitality to rural education and hope to rural children. At the same time, the national education policy also emphasizes that schools should offer all national subject courses to complete the corresponding education and teaching tasks. Taking the third grade of primary school taught by the author as an example, in addition to Chinese, mathematics and English, there are also local school courses such as morality and rule of law, science, comprehensive practice, music, sports, fine arts, writing, information technology, making students, reading etiquette, Chinese studies, * * *1. These courses play an important role in promoting students' all-round development, and the educational ideas and teaching methods of teachers in these subjects have a far-reaching impact on improving students' comprehensive quality. Therefore, the training of rural subject teachers has become the focus. At present, many regions are trying to build a platform for subject teachers to show themselves, create opportunities for mutual learning and strive to improve their enthusiasm and professionalism.
2. The status quo of rural class teachers' work
The head teacher is the core strength of a class, the guide for students' healthy growth, the "regulator" between students and teachers, the "creator" in class daily life and the link between family and school. At present, most rural parents go out to work, and students are only taken care of by their grandparents and become left-behind children. Because these students have been spoiled and neglected since childhood, their hearts are fragile, their self-care ability is poor, and their learning consciousness is not strong, which brings educational problems to rural class teachers. Usually, we should not only do a good job in students' academic performance, but also do a good job in students' education and pay attention to students' ideological trends. At the same time, they have to cope with various tasks assigned by the school and various inspections by higher authorities. It can be said that the work of rural class teachers is extremely heavy. In the first week of this semester, in order to meet the inspection of the higher authorities, the author needs to design and hold two class meetings on safety and rule of law, and submit them to the class meetings for design and summary. At the same time, it is necessary to formulate work plans and systems for class teachers, Chinese, mathematics and class management, including handwritten lesson plans, class normalization seating system, class workload, exams, quantitative work plans and evaluation plans, and specific plans for class selection of class cadres and outstanding students. In order to complete the task, I often take up the Chinese and math classes I teach. In order to complete the teaching task of the main subject, some class teachers will also occupy the class hours of other subjects, which is a vicious circle. How to ensure the all-round development of students? The head teacher's job is to educate people's life, not only the class manager, but also the executor of the superior task. The practical process of class teacher's work is a process of developing educational resources independently and realizing the educational value of class daily life. [3] This calls for the professionalization of class teachers, but rural class teachers generally lack professional theoretical knowledge, are not good at reflecting and summarizing educational practice, and their ability needs to be improved.
Through the analysis of the current situation of rural subject teachers and head teachers, it is not difficult to find that rural education is gradually promoting curriculum reform, and every teacher needs to actively participate in it, and strive to cultivate socialist successors with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and jointly solve problems in education, which is the basic premise for the cooperation between head teachers and subject teachers.
Second, the rural class teacher and subject teachers' cooperative practice
In class management, many people have such a misunderstanding: they always feel that class management is only the business of the class teacher, and class management only pays attention to class affairs, and the relationship between the class teacher and the students is only one-way. Class teachers often only pay attention to the management of students' academic performance, ignoring the important role of subject teachers in class management. [4] A good class is inseparable from the participation of all teachers. The head teacher should give full play to his intelligence, cooperate with the teachers in the department, encourage each other and work hard for the development of students. There are ten teachers in my class, and my cooperation with all teachers mainly starts from the following four aspects:
1. Open your heart and actively communicate your feelings.
Most teachers think that they have nothing to do with other class affairs except the classroom teaching of this subject, and they are outsiders in every class. If students are disobedient in class, they can be criticized by the class teacher. Some subject teachers are worried that if they manage too much, it will lead to the misunderstanding of the class teacher. In fact, the growth of every student in the class is inseparable from the efforts of all teachers. As a class teacher, you should take the initiative to communicate with the subject teachers, show your position, let go of the attitude that the class teacher is the class leader, sincerely invite the subject teachers to participate in class management, and thank them for everything they have done for class construction. When the students in the author's class were in the first grade, I took the initiative to invite the teacher of Morality and Rule of Law to participate in the students' classroom development education, because this teacher has been the head teacher in rural areas for many years and has a good way of managing students. With her help, students' good habits of previewing before class, sitting in class, answering questions and attending classes have continued to this day. And every time I encounter a problem, I will take the initiative to ask her. Her family lives near the school and is familiar with the students' family situation, so she can always give me a lot of valuable advice. Teachers in each subject have their own strengths. Class teachers should be good at digging, opening their hearts, actively communicating, expanding their advantages and serving the healthy growth of students.

"Three heads are better than Zhuge Liang", a person's strength is limited and his thinking is narrow. The purpose of class activities is to effectively promote students' knowledge expansion, ability improvement, emotional experience and the formation of values. The implementation of every educational activity process is related to the healthy growth of every student and may affect the students' life. Therefore, to be perfect and effective, we must brainstorm and integrate teachers' suggestions into class activities. This will greatly stimulate their enthusiasm for class work, stimulate their sense of ownership, and make them realize that they are an indispensable and important member of the class education team. For example, our class organizes activities with natural themes. In the early stage of the activity, the students and I sincerely invited teachers of science and comprehensive practice to participate in the discussion, and agreed on what vegetables to grow, how to grow them, and how to follow up the follow-up activities. Finally, combined with everyone's opinions, students are divided into two groups, one is to grow garlic with soil, and the other is to grow garlic with water, which is more effective than that planting method. In this session, the science teacher leads the students to try the experiment. I am responsible for guiding students to learn to write observation diaries, and the comprehensive practice teacher is responsible for the follow-up activities. When the garlic sprouts grow taller, I teach students to wrap wonton with their own garlic sprouts and conduct life skills training. With the joint efforts of the three of us, the students not only gained the scientific knowledge of planting, learned the writing method of observation diary and mastered the labor skills of life, but also felt the magic of plant growth and shared the happiness of labor fruits through this activity, which will become an unforgettable activity experience for the students.
In future class activities, the author often discusses the activity plan with the class teacher. Class painting and calligraphy competition, writing and art teachers actively participate in the appraisal; Class performance, music teacher participates in rehearsal; In class reading activities, the book ceremony teacher offered books on his own initiative. As long as all teachers think in one place and work hard in one place, class management is no longer a "one-man show" by the head teacher, but a "film and television drama" that combines the wisdom of all teachers, and students will get better development with the efforts of all teachers.
3. Cooperate with each other to build a collective life.
The development of class activities needs the participation of teachers, and the daily collective life of classes needs the mutual cooperation of teachers and class teachers. Most students are obedient and clever in front of the class teacher. In front of the teacher, you will disobey the classroom discipline, make small moves in class, don't listen carefully, and don't finish your homework on time, just like sending two people. If the head teacher wants to understand the students more comprehensively and build an excellent class group, he must always master all kinds of valuable information of the students in the class, and carry out his work in a targeted manner after screening and induction, so as to achieve ideal work results. However, the source of this information, in addition to getting a part directly from students, a lot of information, but also from teachers. For example, Yingying, the monitor of this class, is very organized and studies hard, but she often forgets to do her English homework. When I learned about this situation from my English teacher, I made an English homework evaluation book based on my own educational experience, and suggested that the English teacher give Yingying more encouragement in class and let her be an homework evaluator to promote her enthusiasm for completing her homework. With our mutual cooperation, Yingying can do her homework on time and neatly every time, becoming an example for all students, thus driving other students to finish their homework with good quality and quantity. The work of the head teacher needs the cooperation of teachers in all subjects, and the work of teachers in all subjects also needs the support of the head teacher. In physical education class, students were injured because there were no school doctors in rural schools. The head teacher should deal with students' wounds in time, contact parents and help PE teachers solve problems. As the core of the teaching team, the head teacher must strive to create a harmonious growth environment for students and make their collective life full of happiness!
4. Encourage * * * to form educational synergy.
Teachers should guide students' thinking, cultivate students' ability, guide students' psychology, stimulate students' emotions, protect students' personality and build a development platform. They should adhere to the concept of "student-oriented" so that every student can develop actively and vividly in an all-round way. On the basis of studying together, all teachers in the class should acquire the knowledge of advanced educational concepts, so that each teacher's educational goals can be consistent and the educational methods will not conflict with each other. In this way, the work of the education team can be integrated, promoted and improved. [5] Class teachers and teachers should trust each other, encourage each other, form an educational synergy, and work hard for rural students to get happiness. The wastage rate of students in rural schools is increasing year by year, and the educational responsibility of more and more left-behind children falls on the shoulders of school teachers. It is difficult to lead rural children to a broader educational world and get more comprehensive development only by the strength of the class teacher. Only when the whole team of rural teachers, Qi Xin, works together to make progress and seek development can rural students get better education and rural education be truly revitalized.
Third, the cooperation between rural class teachers and subject teachers.
As the saying goes, one person walks fast and a group of people walk far. The cooperation between rural class teachers and subject teachers should not only stay at the school level, but also make long-term plans for students' education, try to innovate rural education courses, expand rural education fields, tap rural education resources and create unique rural education. The author and the teacher team of this class discussed the future ideas, which are summarized as follows:
1. Establish the image of teachers in the eyes of rural parents.
Since the students in this class entered school for two years, their parents have never met the subject teachers in the class, let alone got to know them. Although rural parents do not have enough supervision over students' education, teachers, as students, have the obligation to let parents know about students' school life, learning situation in various subjects and the concept of class construction. This is conducive to home-school cooperation and the formation of * * * education. Therefore, our idea is to hold a parent-teacher meeting first, and each teacher should introduce himself and explain the characteristics of the subject at the same time, so that parents can have a preliminary impression on the team of head teachers. Secondly, parents are always welcome to participate in each teacher's classroom teaching, so that parents can know each teacher better. At the same time, parents can also participate in class activities to understand the educational concept of the teacher team in this class. Finally, establish a class WeChat group, including parents, students, teachers and class teachers, to speak freely in the group and build mutual trust. Through this series of measures, the image of teachers in this class will be established in parents' minds, so as to carry out the education of students more effectively.
2. Try to integrate knowledge of various disciplines into student activities.
The teaching contents of many subjects in primary schools overlap, such as science, comprehensive practice, morality and rule of law, all of which are about understanding and protecting plants, planting and observing plants. Therefore, we can integrate this knowledge and organize students to go into nature and explore the mysteries of plants. In the activity, you can also integrate into the fine arts discipline, learn to draw plants, the music discipline sings and praises plants, and the Chinese discipline writes words to express your love for plants. This kind of comprehensive activity can make students experience that the knowledge of various disciplines is interrelated and each course is very important, thus improving their learning desire. At the same time, in the activities, students' abilities in all aspects will be improved, and teachers' ability to sort out and integrate knowledge will also be improved.
3. Strengthen the study of professional theoretical knowledge in spare time.
Facing the education situation in the new era, the national education policy proposes to comprehensively improve the ability and quality of rural teachers and strengthen their training, so as to promote the development of rural education and make rural education no longer a shortcoming of national education. Teachers should cultivate the awareness of lifelong learning. Only in this way can the knowledge reserve increase continuously and meet the new challenges brought by the student groups. Therefore, the study of professional theoretical knowledge is essential. Teachers in this class are going to use their spare time to read more professional books about the teaching of this subject, learn more from the methods of educational experts, and apply them to their own educational practice to form their own educational style.
These ideas will inevitably encounter many difficulties in the implementation process. As a class teacher, you should take the lead in setting an example, let the teachers in the department see your efforts, subtly influence every teacher, encourage and drive all teachers to make efforts for the development of rural students, make the rural teachers group shine and illuminate the children in the warm countryside.
