Feng Weiguo,1born in September 1969, was born in Yangquan, Shanxi. Doctor of Criminal Law, Professor northwest university of politics and law, doctoral supervisor, was selected to support young talents in humanities and social sciences in Shaanxi universities; His main research direction is criminal execution law and criminal policy, and he is one of the earliest scholars who study community correction in China. He has presided over or participated in the completion and research of 2 1 national social science planning projects, such as Research on the Transfer and Resettlement of Corps Criminals, Research on the Prevention and Control of Extreme Crimes of Personal Violence, National Social Science Post-funded Projects, and Planning Fund Projects of Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Education. He has published more than 70 C and D academic articles such as "Crime Control and Social Participation" in journals such as law, and 10 papers have been reproduced or extracted by newspapers and periodicals of the National People's Congress and academic abstracts of liberal arts in colleges and universities. He has published 3 independent monographs and co-authored 65,438 monographs in Peking University Publishing House and other publishing houses.
