With the popularization of computer technology and communication technology, people have more and more opportunities to surf the Internet. Obtaining resources from the Internet makes the Internet closer to people's lives. The way people use and learn information and the packaging of information are undergoing an unstoppable revolution, which is much more complicated and huge than the impact of printing on society and the promotion of development. At present, the online population in China has exceeded 1 100 million, with the largest number of Internet users in the world. Many people need to obtain information. As a world website backed by the Internet, the Internet is the focus of people's attention. The development of Internet also makes it the largest and most convenient platform for software communication. Downloading a good software will bring great convenience to users and webmasters. According to the specific needs of graduation project, based on the Internet Information Service (IIS) platform, we designed and implemented a software download website with management module by using ASP language and Acess database. Its main function is background download software management, including software input, deletion, modification, software upload and deletion.
