In our work and life, we often experience that some people are always late for appointments and their homework is always delayed until the deadline. At the beginning of the year, we vowed to make a good plan, but by the end of the year, none of them had been completed. Why do people always procrastinate? I think there are three reasons:

Personality factor

Some people are impatient and do things in a hurry. But some people are calm and like to take their time. Impatient people always want to finish things at once, while slow-witted people prefer to delay and never finish them until the last minute. It is hard to say whether two people's personalities are good or bad. I think, as long as you don't destroy the status quo, you will be fine.

There is no time to plan.

As the saying goes, "everything is established in advance, and it is abolished without advance." When people do things, they will have a general plan and divide the tasks into small time points, so as not to delay. People who have no time to plan will indulge themselves in the early stage and stay up late to work overtime, which is not recommended.

Lack of own ability

We often find that when faced with something we don't like or can't do, we are more willing to delay, which is ultimately an escape psychology. We habitually put this pressure behind us and try to enjoy the peace before the storm, which is actually worse. I can't play well because I have something on my mind, so I always think about it. It's better to start right away and finish the most difficult part first, so the rest will be more calm and not afraid of difficulties.

Generally speaking, small things can be put off, but big things must not be put off, so as not to lose big because of small things, and take care of the size of your heart.
