Feng Zhongyue

Feng Zhongyue, male, born in 1954, is a professor at Beijing Technology and Business University. 1983 graduated from the Department of Political Economy of Beijing Normal University, majoring in political economy, 1983- 1999, 1999- currently teaching at Beijing Business School and Beijing Technology and Business University. 1994 associate professor of economics, 1995 graduate tutor, 1999 professor of industrial economics. At present, he is the secretary of the General Party Branch of the Law School of Beijing Technology and Business University (Marxist College), an outstanding cross-century talent in Beijing, a director of the Beijing Economic Society, an executive director of the National Political Economy Research Association of financial and economic universities, an expert in the evaluation of national philosophy and social science planning projects, and a member of the proposition group of Western economics courses in the examination center of the Ministry of Education. The academic research direction is industrial organization theory (industrial economics) and government regulation economics; Academic research majors are China's economic development and system reform, industrial organization theory and government regulation.

The main courses taught are: development economics, China economic topics (undergraduates); Socialist economic theory and industrial organization theory (Master).

Representative achievements include "Out of the Dilemma —— Ideas and Countermeasures for the Reform of State-owned Enterprises in China", published by Guangxi Normal University Press, 1998 (monograph); Theoretical and empirical analysis on the formation of commodity futures prices in China, the third author, 1998 (research consultation report) won the third prize of the second research achievement of humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, and won the "Xue Muqiao Price Research Award" (work) in 2000; "Research on Regulation and Competition of Urban Public Utilities —— Taking Beijing Gas Industry as an Example", Beijing Social Sciences, No.3, 2005, first author, (paper); "Research on Deregulation and Competition of Natural Monopoly Industries in Beijing", project leader, passed the acceptance in June 2005, (Beijing Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Project, 03BJBJG098). In September, 2000, he participated in the "Japanese-Chinese Seminar on Management Diagnosis of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" held in Tokyo, Japan, and read a paper on "Industrial Structure Optimization and Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" at the meeting, which was included in the proceedings of the meeting (in Japanese).
