According to the national standard 100mg/Nm3, it is decided to add a set of denitration device before flue gas emission to make NOX in flue gas meet the standard. This is the flue gas denitrification system of three 240t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers. Because the nitrogen oxides in the flue gas of the factory boiler exceed the new emission standard, it is necessary to denitrate. SNCR denitration process is selected, and the prepared urea solution or ammonia water is sprayed into the flue gas to meet the denitration requirements. According to the test data of nitrogen oxides in flue gas, the dosage of urea solution or ammonia water is automatically adjusted to realize automatic adjustment. The goal is to ensure the NOX content in the flue gas after denitrification.
