The method of questionnaire reliability analysis with spss

Spss actual operation

Sort out the data, and sort out the data into the form of scores (point values) of the scale.

Input data into spss, either through excel or directly.

Selection analysis → measurement → reliability analysis

Select the statistics tab, check descriptive statistics item+measurement, select Continue, and then click OK to confirm.

Looking at the analysis results of spss, the Cronbach α coefficient of reliability statistics, the result of this example is 0.778, indicating that some projects need to be revised. Greater than or equal to 0.9 indicates that the reliability of the scale is good; 0.8-0.9 indicates acceptable reliability. 0.7-0.8 Some items need to be modified; Less than 0.7 indicates that some items in the scale need to be discarded.
