Lu Min's introduction
Lu Min, a graduate of Physics Department of Nanjing University, is mainly engaged in the research and development of thermoluminescence solid state detectors, and is currently an associate researcher of China Academy of Sciences. He studied the epitaxial growth of low defect GaN materials on sapphire substrates and proposed many effective epitaxial methods. He also participated in a number of 863 projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, and published 25 academic papers, including 9 SCI and 9 EI.
