Community correction and humanistic care of deviant behavior: what are the problems of deviant behavior?
Community corrections personnel are also called community prisoners, including criminals who have been sentenced to public surveillance, probation, parole and temporary execution outside prison by the court. Ex-prisoners are special social free citizens, including ex-prisoners, reeducation-through-labor personnel and those who have completed community correction. The release of prisoners is managed by the local resettlement assistance and education office, that is, the judicial office. The prison term is five years after being released from prison and three years after the expiration of community correction. Because community correction and release from prison are the business work of the judicial office, it is generally not necessary to issue a registration form to those who are automatically released from prison after the expiration of community correction.
