1, research direction of petroleum working fluid chemistry and working fluid action mechanism

High-quality working fluid plays an important role in drilling, increasing crude oil production and improving crude oil recovery. The research and development of water-based mud, zwitterionic polymer drilling fluid treatment agent and its completion fluid system and oil-based drilling fluid system for deep wells with high temperature and salt resistance have successfully completed the transformation of major scientific and technological achievements into industrialization, and have been applied in major oil fields in China with good results. Among them, zwitterionic polymer treatment agent was listed as a key promotion plan by the State Science and Technology Commission. It has been listed as one of the 958 promotion and demonstration projects. Since the key issue of "gas well anti-gas channeling additives and cement slurry system cementing" was carried out, it has provided reliable technical support for the development of domestic anti-gas channeling cementing technology, effectively curbed gas channeling in high-pressure natural gas wells, been popularized and applied in many oil and gas fields in China, and developed a variety of cement additives and cement slurry systems for oil and gas well cementing, making China reach the international advanced level in gas channeling prevention. Hydraulic fracturing technology and acidizing technology have been continuously improved in practice, especially through the introduction of technology and equipment. At present, conventional inorganic acid acidification can not solve the purpose of deep acidification well. Although large acid ratio, organic acid, powdery acid, multicomponent acid and retarded acid can improve the acidizing depth to a certain extent, there are still the following problems: (1) Large acidizing holes will appear near wells with large acid ratio, which is not conducive to the stability of the formation; Thickening acid will cause acid residue to cause secondary damage to formation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on deep penetration acid liquid system and technology.

2. Research on the synthesis and development of chemicals in oil and gas fields and the economic application of materials.

At present, in the research of chemical flooding in China (mainly including polymer flooding and alkali/surfactant/polymer compound chemical flooding), polymer flooding technology is relatively mature, and ten relatively perfect supporting technologies have gradually formed, especially the comprehensive success of pilot tests and industrial field applications in Daqing and other oilfields, which greatly promoted the development of polymer flooding in China. Based on the theory of molecular design, a domestic surfactant-strong alkali formulation system was developed. The performance reached the level of similar products abroad, and the price was reduced by more than 50%, which created conditions for the industrial application of compound flooding. At present, the matching technology of compound chemical flooding and strong alkali formula system has basically taken shape. However, in the field test, the scale damage of formation and wellbore is serious, and the demulsification of produced fluid is difficult, which seriously affects the large-scale popularization and application of strong alkali formula system. The core problem is the lack of efficient surfactant for weak alkali/alkali-free compound chemical oil displacement system.

3. Research direction of environmental chemistry and engineering

At present, unreasonable treatment technology, immature technology, unsuitable equipment, single variety of treatment agent, low efficiency and high treatment cost are the fundamental reasons that restrict the popularization and application of pollution control technology in oil and gas fields in China. In a word, the demonstration construction of ecological oil and gas fields provides a huge environmental protection industrial market for chemicals and processes for oil and gas field pollution control.

4. Research direction of development and application of petroleum processing additives

This paper mainly aims at the research hotspots and key theoretical and technical problems that need to be solved urgently in the current petroleum processing additives and heavy oil recovery technology. This study plays an important role in promoting the development of heavy oil exploitation technology, environmental deacidification technology of distillate oil and non-hydrodesulfurization refining technology of diesel oil in China.
