What is the comprehensive analysis of permanent magnet motor?
Permanent magnet motor is a small AC motor, which uses permanent magnets to generate magnetic fields. Permanent magnet motor has the functions of both motor and generator. Compared with excitation motor, permanent magnet motor has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, energy saving, material saving, light weight and high efficiency.

There are three common types of permanent magnet motors:

First, surface mount permanent magnet motor.

Surface-mounted permanent magnet motor is a permanent magnet motor with salient-pole synchronous rotor magnetic circuit structure. Its manufacturing process is similar to the general salient-pole synchronous motor, and it is a kind of mature permanent magnet motor at present.

Second, the embedded permanent magnet motor

Embedded permanent magnet motor refers to a permanent magnet motor with rotor magnetic circuit structure of hidden pole synchronization. Compared with the surface-mounted permanent magnet motor, the rotor punching machine of embedded permanent magnet motor has high mechanical strength, and can directly use the rotor punching sheet and rotating shaft of ordinary induction motor, which has strong machining adaptability. In addition, the magnetic field of embedded permanent magnet motor is easy to adjust, which is beneficial to effectively control the air gap magnetic field of motor and improve the speed regulation performance of motor.

Claw pole permanent magnet motor

Claw-pole permanent magnet motor refers to a kind of permanent magnet motor which generates rotating magnetic field by the reverse rotation of two or more magnetic rotors. Claw pole permanent magnet motor has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and high reliability, but it is difficult to adjust the magnetic field and has poor speed regulation performance.
