V. Temporary support

Temporary support adopts self-made telescopic hydraulic jack with cap column, or adopts anchor rod as temporary support, and the number of roof anchor rod is not less than 4, and anchor net and steel belt are installed in time. That is to say, after excavation, the roof bolt shall be jacked in time, and the temporary supporting bolt shall be constructed row by row from back to front in advance.

Seven. Construction scheme and requirements

(1) Under normal circumstances, the fully mechanized excavator cuts two rows at a time, with the maximum control distance 1.8m and footage per cycle 1.6m: when the roof is complete and stable, the fully mechanized excavator cuts three rows at a time, with the maximum control distance of 2.7m and footage per cycle of 2.4m.. When the roof is broken, the comprehensive excavator should appropriately reduce the number of cutting rows and construct row by row when necessary.

(2) The roof is supported by six anchor rods. During the routine cycle operation, the fully mechanized digger digs three rows at a time, and each row only hits four anchor rods and two shoulder sockets on both sides of the roadway center line, and hangs the net for temporary support in time. Only the top three rows of anchors are allowed to be constructed according to four, and the remaining two roof anchors are reserved for the next cycle to be replenished in time.

(3) According to the soft coal quality on the side, the side anchors are arranged in 4 ~ 6 rows behind the top anchor, and 2 ~ 3 anchor rods are constructed at one time with 1.9 m long steel belts on both sides (3 anchor rods are constructed when the coal quality is soft; When the coal quality is hard, 2 pieces will be constructed), and the rest of the anchor rods will be repaired behind the comprehensive tunneling machine.

(4) The top is supported by 1900mm long steel strip, and the side is supported by 1900mm long steel strip. The steel belts of the top two shoulder sockets do not overlap, but they must be closely connected.

(6) In order to ensure the construction progress and reduce the influence time of feng shui pipeline, it is necessary to lay two pipelines of air supply (4 inches) and water supply (2 inches), and if necessary, one of them will be used as a drainage pipe.

(7) Construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the drawings and operation shall be carried out according to the measures. In order to speed up the construction, each row of side anchors can lose at most 2 pieces, and the auxiliary personnel will go undercover behind the comprehensive tunneling machine to repair the side anchors. At the same time, the roof management behind the fully mechanized tunneling machine is also the responsibility of the auxiliary personnel. Each shift should patrol the roadway roof, install 30 ~ 40m roof abscission instrument as required and observe it in time. If there are potential safety hazards, strengthen the support in time.

(8) The track is not more than 50 meters away from the head-on, and the supporting materials used should be sent to the position not more than 6 meters behind the fully mechanized tunneling machine. Head-on spare materials must be put on shelves, and do a good job of quality standardization.

Eight, roof management measures

(1) During the construction period, it is necessary to strengthen the observation and inspection of the roof and sides, and strictly implement them? Knock on the door for help When doing homework, one person looks for the top and one person looks after it. A drilling rig with a length of not less than 2m shall be used, from outside to inside and from top to bottom. When looking for a roof, the roof finder should always pay attention to prevent the gangue from sliding down the pole and hurting people.

(2)? Knock on the door for help After that, temporary support should be carried out to prevent the roof from loosening and falling off, and permanent support should be carried out in time. During permanent support, personnel must stand under the supported roof, and it is forbidden to work in the empty roof.

(3) When supporting with anchor net, the anchor rod shall not be arranged along the section, nor shall it wear skin.

(4) When constructing the head-on temporary support anchor, the construction personnel should stand in a safe place, face the head-on, and construct from outside to inside. It is forbidden for construction personnel to work under the empty roof with their backs to their heads.

(5) If the roof is broken in the head-on construction, the control distance of the roof should be adjusted in time according to the site conditions, and the anchor cable should be added to strengthen the support according to the measures when necessary.

(6) When multiple anchor cable machines are constructed at the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the management of on-site attendants, reasonably arrange the positions of anchor cable machines and personnel, observe the roof and surrounding environment at any time, and do a good job of joint insurance and mutual insurance.

Nine, comprehensive tunneling machine management measures

(1) The driver of the comprehensive excavator must hold relevant certificates, and it is forbidden for unlicensed personnel to operate the comprehensive excavator.

(2) Before each construction, you must first check the safety situation around the fully mechanized tunneling machine and head-on, and handle the problems in time when found.

(3) Before the start of the fully mechanized tunneling machine, an alarm must be given in advance. Only when there is no one in front of the shovel plate and near the cutting arm can the fully mechanized excavator be started. Other work and pedestrians are strictly prohibited within the working scope of the comprehensive tunneling machine.

(4) Before starting the oil pump motor, check that the operating handles of each hydraulic valve and water supply valve must be in the middle position.

(5) The cutting head must be rotated to close to the working face, and it shall not be started with load.

(6) When cutting, the driver of the comprehensive tunneling machine should work closely with the commander and obey all kinds of passwords issued by the commander. At the same time, according to the hardness of coal or rock, master the cutting depth and thickness of the cutting head. When the cutting head enters the cutting, the operating handle should be pushed gently and slowly enter the coal wall for cutting, so as to avoid knife sticking and impact vibration.

(7) When the machine moves forward, pay attention to sweeping the bottom to remove the floating coal on both sides of the fuselage. When sweeping the bottom, steps should be avoided on the bottom plate to prevent the roadheader from climbing.

(8) When moving the machine forward or backward, you must put away the rear bracket and lift the shovel plate.

(9) When the cutting department is working, in case of traffic jam, it should be immediately separated from cutting or stopped to prevent the cutting motor from being overloaded for a long time.

(10) For large pieces of falling coal and rock, appropriate methods should be adopted for crushing before loading; If the large coal rock is stuck by the gantry, it should be stopped immediately for artificial crushing, and it cannot be pulled by scraper.

(1 1) The pressure of hydraulic system and water supply system is not allowed to be adjusted at will, and it should be adjusted by full-time personnel when necessary.

(12) Pay attention to the liquid level thermometer on the oil tank. When the liquid level is lower than the working oil level or the oil temperature exceeds the specified value (70℃), stop for refueling or cooling.

(13) Before cutting, cooling water must be sprayed from the nozzle. The internal spray water pressure shall be 3MPa, and the external spray water pressure shall be 1.5Mpa.

(14) If the machine encounters abnormal sounds and phenomena during operation, it should stop immediately to find out the reasons, and then start the machine after troubleshooting.

(15) Please do not overload the operation.

(16) The fully mechanized digger must be interlocked by gas, electricity and wind power, and the driver of the fully mechanized digger must carry a portable gas meter. If the head-on pressure increases and the gas emission is abnormal, stop the machine in time for inspection.

(17) Fully mechanized tunneling machine is fully protected, effective, sensitive and reliable. When encountering water pipes, cover the fully mechanized tunneling machine equipment.

(18) The driver should operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures, and the power supply must be cut off when the excavation is stopped.

(19) On the non-operating side of the fully mechanized tunneling machine, a button capable of emergency stop must be installed.

(20) Fully-mechanized excavators must be equipped with headlights and taillights, and they should be used normally.

(2 1) When the fully-mechanized excavator stops working, overhauling and shifting gears, the cutting head of the fully-mechanized excavator must fall to the ground, and the power switch and the isolating switch of the magnetic starter must be cut off.

(22) Every time before the fully mechanized tunneling machine is powered on, it is necessary to check the gas concentration and related appliances and switches within 20 meters near the fully mechanized tunneling machine. When the gas concentration is less than 0.8%, the power supply can be resumed.

(23) When overhauling the fully mechanized tunneling machine, it is forbidden for other personnel to stay or work under the cutting arm and the transfer bridge.

(24) When maintaining the fully mechanized tunneling machine, it is necessary to control the power failure of the feed switch of the fully mechanized tunneling machine and hang a power failure card.

(25) Protect the ram and probe when the fully mechanized tunneling machine is driving, and it is forbidden for construction personnel to stand on the cutting arm.
