First, open a piece of template paper, and the format must be all correct. Then open your own paper and adjust the size of two pieces of paper to make them occupy half of the screen, so that the later operation will be more convenient.

For example, if we want to modify the format of the title, first select the title of the template paper, and then click the format brush mark, and the format of the title will be recorded.

Then click on your own paper casually, switch to your own paper, and you will see a small brush next to the cursor. Brush the title position with it, and your title format will become the same as the template.

The faster way is to brush the whole paragraph, so that not only the font format will become the same as the template, but also the paragraph format and line spacing will become the same. Isn't it amazing?
