The air pressure support system of the gas film gymnasium is mainly composed of the following parts:
Membrane system: the membrane gymnasium adopts flexible and high-strength materials, such as PVDF membrane covered with PVC membrane, as the main part of the membrane. These membranes are pretreated in the factory and then pulled to the site for installation.
Anchorage system: Anchorage system is composed of reinforced concrete ring beam, bolts and angle iron, which is mainly used to fix membrane materials around ground infrastructure.
Air supply system: through the air supply system, after the indoor air pressure rises to a certain pressure, the pressure difference between inside and outside the roof is generated to resist external forces.
Lighting and access control system: A complete membrane building system also includes lighting system and access control system.
This kind of building supported by air pressure makes the gas film gymnasium light in weight and its span can reach 1 10 meter. It does not need any beam or column structure, and can realize a large span and clean space, so that the gymnasium can make full use of the original building area. In addition, in order to improve the air quality, some film gyms are equipped with air filtration systems, which can effectively filter out harmful substances such as ozone, soot, dust and ultraviolet rays.
