At present, the most commonly used tool to convert PDF into Word is solid converter PDF. The software is simple to use, and you have to typeset it yourself after conversion, but the software is only effective for some PDF documents, and there is nothing you can do about the early PDF documents. Another tool is Foxit PDF text converter of Foxit family, which is not as powerful as Solid converter PDF. 2. Use office 2003 for conversion.

There is a method circulating on the Internet to convert by using office 2003, which mainly uses the Microsoft Office document image component in Office 2003 to realize the conversion from PDF to WORD document. The specific method is as follows:

Open the PDF file to be converted with Adobe Reader, and then select File → Print menu. In the opened print window, set the name in the printer column as "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer", and then output the PDF file as a virtual print file in MDI format after confirmation.

Then, run "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" and use it to open the MDI file you just saved. Select the menu "Tools → Send Text to Word", and select "Keep the picture layout unchanged when outputting" in the pop-up window. The recognition rate of PDF to DOC is not perfect, and the original typesetting format will be lost after conversion, so manual typesetting and proofreading are needed after conversion.

3. Universal conversion method

This method is suitable for most PDF documents, and the principle is the same as OCR recognition technology. The previous processing is similar to method 2, the purpose of which is to convert PDF into image format, and then identify it with professional OCR software. Open pdf document with Adobe acrobat and save it as JPG. Then use Hanwang (or other ocr software, such as Shangshu, Ziguang, etc. ) Open JPG, click Layout Analysis-Character Recognition, insert word, and you can edit it at will.
