Handan College is located in Handan City, Hebei Province. It is a holy place of Taiji, a capital of idioms and a famous historical and cultural city. It is located at the foot of Taihang Mountain and on the banks of Zhangzhi River. The history of running a school began with the establishment of Handan Junior Normal School in 1905, and was upgraded to Handan Normal College in 1982. In 2004, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college named Handan College. 20 12 years passed the undergraduate teaching qualification assessment of the Ministry of Education. Over the years, our special education major is unique in our province and has trained 90% special education teachers for Hebei Province. The study of local culture and the inheritance and innovation of Taiji culture are the new growth points of our school-running characteristics. Relying on the "special history", a key development discipline in Hebei Province, the school has won 7 national-level topics in Taihang Mountain literature research, Zhao culture research and Xunzi research, which have been widely recognized in international and domestic academic exchanges. Relying on the provincial key development discipline of "Wushu and National Traditional Sports", our school has established four overseas Taiji colleges in Russia, Belarus, Malaysia and Mongolia, which has promoted the inheritance and international promotion of Taiji culture and won the affirmation and support of the Ministry of Education and Hanban.
