At present, an important task of the practical teaching reform of management courses in colleges and universities is to build a more comprehensive, more designed and creative practical environment for more students, so that every college student can receive multiple practical training during the four-year study, which not only enables students to master solid basic knowledge and skills, but also is of great benefit to improving their comprehensive quality. (2) Improve the way of employing people in colleges and universities and strengthen the construction of management practice teachers.
