Chen Hongqiao, male, born in Gaohe Township, Youxian County, Hunan Province (now merged into Caihuaping Town), 1988 graduated from Peking University Department of International Economics with a master's degree in economics. He is currently the deputy general manager of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He used to be the director of the Entrepreneurship Training Center of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the executive deputy general manager of Shenzhen Securities Clearing Co., Ltd. (presiding). He has been engaged in the securities market for eleven years, and has served as deputy manager of the registration department, manager of the business department, director of the general office and assistant to the general manager of Shenzhen Securities Clearing Co., Ltd. since 1994. He founded and served as the first director of Shenzhen 168 Voice Station, the earliest telephone voice station in China, participated in the establishment of Shenzhen Volunteer Alliance, and served as the chairman and director of the fund settlement department of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. During their tenure, the above three units have successively won the titles of "National Civilized Unit", "National Advanced Collective" and "National Top 100 Civilized Service Units". He has published more than 30 papers on enterprise management and capital market, and delivered speeches at international conferences such as APEC International Finance Forum, Shenzhen International Hi-tech Fair, Asian Venture Capital Forum, and World Securities Settlement Annual Meeting.
