4. Optimize teaching content and innovate teaching methods.

In order to make the teaching content meet the employment needs of students after graduation, our department has visited enterprises for many times, revised the professional training plan, and constantly adjusted the curriculum and class allocation; In order to update our knowledge, our department has adopted the latest excellent textbooks compiled and published in China, most of which are national textbooks in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan. In order to improve the teaching effect, our department is equipped with 12 professional training room and multimedia classroom. Most teachers in our department can use modern educational technology to teach, collect teaching materials, conduct classroom teaching and engage in scientific research and educational reform activities with computers.

5. Attach importance to curriculum design and curriculum reform.

Curriculum design can best cultivate students' ability to use knowledge, and curriculum reform is an important part of deepening teaching reform. After repeated argumentation and continuous practice and exploration, our department has continuously improved the teaching content and curriculum system of mechatronics technology specialty according to the needs of social and economic development. When adjusting the professional training program, we should take the consolidation of students' professional basic skills as the first priority, maximize the integration of students' knowledge and skills, and cultivate students' skills throughout. First, strengthen the practicality and pertinence of the course, and make the course more in line with the national professional curriculum standards. Our department has set up a leading group for graduation thesis evaluation, which is responsible for the guidance and quality control of students' graduation thesis. Ensure that the quality of graduation thesis meets the training objectives and teaching requirements.

1) Chen, director of the department and deputy director in charge of teaching, is responsible for the organization and management of graduation thesis guidance, has formulated a series of work implementation plans, thesis writing specifications and graduation thesis work requirements, and made specific arrangements for topics selection, data research, opening report, thesis writing and thesis defense with strict, specific and standardized requirements;

2) Send teachers with strong scientific research ability, serious and responsible work, lecturers and above technical titles or master's degrees to guide graduation thesis.

3) Check students' thesis writing and teachers' guidance in stages. The paper is divided into one, two, three drafts and the final draft. Each manuscript requires students to write and revise carefully, and teachers should put forward their own revision opinions.

4) Seriously and strictly organize the thesis defense. Divide the students into several groups to defend their papers. Each defense group has at least three defense teachers. Students who fail in defense need to reorganize their defense, and students who fail in defense again will be deducted from their graduation certificates.

7. Strengthen curriculum construction and specialty construction.

On the basis of continuing the original school-level excellent course Electrical Control and PLC, the course of Electrical and Electronic Technology is actively applying for the school-level excellent course. First, implement the training plan for software professionals in the college.

Teachers in the teaching and research section have carefully studied the original talent training scheme for art design major, and made a detailed analysis of the current teaching situation of environmental major in our department, formulated relevant measures and methods, and formed the following opinions:

(1) In the past four years, in strict accordance with the school-running spirit of Henan Urban Construction College, we have strictly implemented the talent training plan formulated by the art design major.

(2) According to the new framework and architecture of environmental design specialty, a new practical talent training plan is formulated and implemented.

Second, personnel training plan adjustment and implementation plan formulation

According to the current professional structure of our department and the actual situation of the construction of training base, based on the framework system of talent training scheme formulated by the art department, the implementation scheme of talent training in the teaching and research section of environmental design is formulated. According to the catalogue of new disciplines issued by the Ministry of Education, the spirit of the document of our college's curriculum reform opinions and the summary of the implementation of the original training plan, the curriculum has been decomposed and integrated to varying degrees, and the following adjustments have been made in the formulation and implementation:

(1) According to the new professional catalogue of the Ministry of Education, the major of environmental design was established, and the original major of art design was cancelled. The new environmental design major is divided into two major directions: interior and landscape. Make a new horizontal training plan.

(2) Public basic courses are arranged according to the unified requirements of the college. The course of "Mental Health Education for College Students" is offered in the first grade, and mental health education is included in the public course for 32 hours.

(3) On the basis of the original training scheme for art design majors, the indoor training scheme cancels the outdoor courses "Garden Botany" and "Planning and Design of Garden Green Space" and keeps some indoor courses. Indoor Fang Xinxiang provides literary appreciation, decorative sculpture and aesthetic principles. In order to strengthen graphic design, the course of arrangement design was set up.

(4) In terms of course name and semester arrangement, specialized courses are adapted according to the actual situation of our students.

(5) Considering the characteristics of our school, we should strengthen our understanding of the business relationship between decoration posts and projects, and offer courses such as Building Equipment and Bidding for Decoration Projects.

Third, the training plan.

The new talent training scheme meets the requirements of our college's talent training scheme, the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education for basic courses such as ideology, politics and English, and meets the needs of teachers and students and professional development. Under the guidance and suggestion of the famous expert group in the province, on the basis of visiting the market and questionnaire survey of graduates, our basic courses account for about 44%, professional basic courses account for about 20%, professional courses account for about 20% and professional courses account for about 6%. Offering "literary appreciation" and "aesthetic principles" highlights the importance of cultivating students' humanistic knowledge; Offering "Layout Design" course makes up for the lack of graphic typesetting ability of previous students; Set up "mental health education", actively face up to the psychological problems of contemporary college students, and raise the concern for students' mental health to a new height; Combine computer-aided design 3DMAX and computer-aided design 3DMAX rendering into computer-aided design 3DMAX and rendering, and clarify the relationship between courses; Offering courses of "Building Equipment" and "Bidding for Decoration Project" will strengthen students' understanding of the relationship between decoration work and enhance their ability to undertake engineering business in the future.

At present, the center has a professional team with rich experience and multidisciplinary background in the fields of economic research and consultation, information resource compilation, network construction and maintenance, application system development and system integration, and project management, led by chief engineer and chief economist. There are 97 staff members in the center (excluding price monitoring, price information and cost investigators), including 23 graduate students and 38 undergraduate students; University degree or above
