Miracle, female, Han nationality, was born in June 1983 1 1. She graduated from School of Animation and Institute of Communication, Communication University of China, and now teaches culture at Communication University of China.

Institute of development, Ph.D. Winner of "Young Talents Program" in Beijing institutions of higher learning, member of the Steering Committee of Youth Entrepreneurship of Cultural Industry (China) Cooperative, head of "Planning Methods and Cases of Cultural Industry in New Town" in the postgraduate teaching case database of China Communication University, executive editor of China Cultural Industry magazine, and deputy editor of "Cultural Economy Research" series. The main research directions are: urban cultural economy, cultural industry planning, cultural capital operation and management, animation industry theory and practice. He has written many academic monographs, such as Animation Culture, Animation Marketing, Fifty Questions about Cultural Industry in China (co-authored), Ethnography of Baibai Village Image-Northern Suburb of Lhasa, Research on Cultural Industry Clusters in China, and Research on Theory and Method of Cultural Industry Planning in China. He has published in Modern Communication, Academic Exploration, Film Art, etc. He has presided over and participated in more than 20 national-level cultural industry-related projects, successively undertaken the strategic planning of "Cultural Kunming" in Kunming, Yunnan Province, the cultural industry planning of Qujing, Yunnan Province, the cultural industry development planning of Nujiang Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Pingquan County, Hebei Province, Fengning County, Hebei Province, and Chess in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, and was responsible for the design of more than ten cultural industry clusters such as Caofeidian Digital Cultural Creative Park in Hebei Province. As the project leader, he has been responsible for special research topics such as Application Research of Regional and National Cultural Elements in the Development of Animation Industry, Research on Copyright Industry Cluster in China, and Research on the Development of Cultural Industry Cluster in China. Integrating theory with practice, he is good at applying research results to the management and development of cultural industries. Many research reports, such as Research on Spatial Planning of Cultural Industry under the Background of New Urbanization, have been adopted by the government.
