At present, the recycling level of construction waste in China is relatively low. As a result, resources are wasted and the environment is polluted. This paper discusses the types, components and sources of construction waste in detail. This paper puts forward some opinions on the present situation and future trend of construction waste recycling in China from the aspects of policy formulation and technology. This paper aims to explain the importance and necessity of recycling construction waste. By discussing the methods of "recycling" at home and abroad (taking waste sawdust and cement as examples), we put forward some feasible suggestions. Through analysis methods, including strictly checking the estimation of construction waste output, we have determined the applicable scope of various estimation methods. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the quantity of construction waste and other influencing factors, we put forward a formula for output prediction based on data input.
