What division does the infilled wall masonry project belong to?
It belongs to divisional works (main works) and subdivisional works (masonry structures).

Masonry engineering refers to the masonry of ordinary clay bricks, load-bearing clay hollow bricks, autoclaved lime-sand bricks, fly ash bricks and various small and medium-sized stones. At present, China is undergoing wall renovation. In order to save arable land, it is necessary to use less ordinary clay bricks and further popularize the application of various hollow blocks.

Brick wall masonry usually includes leveling, setting out, setting up a number of poles to hang alignment, bricklaying with ash, jointing and other processes.

The masonry forms of solid brick masonry are: Yishun, Sanshun and Plum Blossom (same skin masonry), and the "three-in-one" bricklaying method is adopted.

The jointing of the fair-faced external wall shall be grouted with 1: 1.5 cement slurry. The inner wall can be marked with protoplasm, and with the increase of masonry, the mortar joint can be flat and dense.

General provisions of infilled wall masonry construction:

1. This chapter is applicable to infilled wall masonry projects such as hollow bricks, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, lightweight aggregate concrete small hollow blocks and fly ash small hollow blocks.

2, lightweight aggregate concrete small hollow block, fly ash small hollow block and other block masonry, its product age should be more than 28 d; When autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are laid, the product age should not be less than 7d, and the moisture content should be less than 30%.

3, hollow brick, autoclaved aerated concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete small hollow block, fly ash small hollow block, etc. During transportation, loading and unloading, throwing and dumping are strictly prohibited. After entering the site, they should be neatly stacked according to varieties and specifications, and the stacking height should not exceed 2 m. Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks should be protected from rain.

4. Before laying the infilled wall with ordinary masonry mortar, the block should be watered and wetted 1 ~ 2d in advance, and the autoclaved aerated concrete block should be sprayed with water again on the day of laying. The wetting degree of the block shall meet the following requirements:

The relative water content of sintered block should be 50% ~ 70%;

The relative water content of non-sintered bulk materials should be 33% ~ 50%;

The moisture content of the upper wall block of masonry shall not be saturated.

Note: Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks constructed by "dry masonry method" need not be watered (sprinkled).

When building walls with lightweight aggregate concrete small hollow blocks or autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, load-bearing blocks or cast-in-place concrete piers should be built at the bottom of the walls, and their height should not be less than 200mm.

When making, small blocks should be built on the wall, with the bottom facing upwards, and a duster should be used when laying.
