2. On-the-job personnel who have obtained a master's degree will graduate this year (master's degree must be obtained before entering school at the latest);

3. Physical health status meets the prescribed medical examination standards;

4. The national plan for doctoral students to apply for the exam is no more than 45 years old, and those who apply for entrusted training can be appropriately relaxed;

5. There are two experts recommended by associate professors (or equivalent titles) or above who are related to the applied discipline;

6. Generally, doctoral students who apply for a thesis must have obtained a master's degree, engaged in practical work for a long time, made outstanding achievements in science and special technology, and published high-level research papers, indicating that the applicant has mastered solid and extensive professional knowledge in this discipline and has the ability to engage in scientific research independently;

7. To apply for the exam with equivalent academic qualifications, the following conditions must also be met:

1) Persons who have worked for six years or more in the major, discipline or similar field to be applied for after obtaining a bachelor's degree (from the date of obtaining a bachelor's degree to the date of doctoral admission) and have reached the same academic level as master's students;

2) have completed the master's degree courses and elective courses of the major they applied for and passed the examination (proof of the results of the teaching unit must be provided);

He has published more than two academic papers (the first or second author) in the national core journals of the subject to be declared or similar research fields, or won the scientific and technological achievement award related to the subject to be declared at or above the provincial level (ranking in the top five);

8. Only professional degree candidates with a degree certificate without a diploma must have obtained a master's degree at the time of qualification examination, otherwise they will be treated as equivalent;

9. Candidates who apply for a degree certificate obtained overseas must pass the certification of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and the certification report must be submitted when the qualification is examined;

10. Candidates must promise the authenticity of their academic qualifications, degree certificates and examination identities. Once the enrollment unit or the certification department verifies it falsely, its qualification will be cancelled.
