Construction, operation and maintenance of high voltage transmission and distribution lines
The specialty of construction, operation and maintenance of high-voltage transmission and distribution lines (referred to as transmission specialty) is set up by the Department of Power Engineering of Xi 'an Electric Power Institute. 1March 1994, our school was upgraded to junior college with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The declared name of this major is transmission line engineering, junior college student enrollment 1996. In 2005, according to the document No.4 [2005] of Shaanxi Jiaogao-Notice on the results of professional arrangement in higher vocational colleges, the major was renamed as the major of construction, operation and maintenance of high-voltage transmission and distribution lines, with the professional code of 550309. In 2006, the specialty of construction, operation and maintenance of high-voltage transmission and distribution lines began to enroll students. Since it was upgraded to a junior college ten years ago, according to the requirements of the electric power industry for senior applied technical talents and the needs of other enterprises, institutions and companies, the school has paid equal attention to training students' theoretical education and practical application skills, and attached importance to the all-round cultivation of knowledge, ability and quality, which embodies the school-running characteristics of higher vocational education. 1. The training goal is employment-oriented, and the training of post ability and comprehensive quality is the goal. It aims to cultivate high-tech applied talents with basic theoretical knowledge, professional operation skills and comprehensive application quality, such as transmission line measurement, transmission line construction, tower structure design, transmission line design, transmission line operation and maintenance, and meet the first-line needs of power-related industries such as production, construction, management and service. Second, the main working population in the direction of employment? Engaged in the design, construction, operation, maintenance and overhaul of transmission and distribution lines in the power supply department; ? Engaged in the design and construction of transmission lines in power transmission and transformation companies; ? Engaged in the management and maintenance, construction technology management, installation and debugging of transmission and distribution equipment and lines in electrical installation engineering company. Secondary job group? Engaged in the management and maintenance, construction technology management, installation and debugging of distribution equipment and lines in large and medium-sized industrial and mining enterprises. Other work groups? Engaged in technical support work in electrical equipment manufacturers. Iii. Main courses offered 1. Theoretical courses mainly include: ideological and moral cultivation and legal foundation, college English, advanced mathematics, college computer foundation, Visual Basic programming, microcomputer principle and interface technology, engineering drawing and CAD, engineering mechanics, structural mechanics, circuits, electrical experiment foundation, electronic technology foundation, electrotechnics, high voltage technology, professional English, and transmission line design. Tower structure design, transmission line construction, transmission line operation and maintenance, transmission line measurement, transmission project management, transmission project budget, power production safety and other 24 courses. 2. The vocational ability training part of practical courses mainly includes cognitive practice, graduation practice, fitter training, electrical technology training, electronic technology training, line operation training, electrical maintenance training, microcomputer principle and interface technology training, transmission line measurement training, etc. 14 practical courses. 3. Elective courses In order to strengthen the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality, the school has set up 86 elective courses for all students. All elective courses are divided into two modules: basic quality and professional development. The basic quality module mainly includes 56 courses such as college students' mental health, safety education, China history, marketing and practice, photography knowledge and appreciation, and corporate culture. The courses of professional development module mainly include: electrical and electronics, electricity management and inspection, electrical equipment test technology, distribution automation, electrical equipment operation, power quality, new transmission line measurement technology, new construction technology, power production safety knowledge and other 30 courses. Four. Teaching conditions 1. At present, there are full-time teachers 17 in transmission specialty, including associate professor 10, lecturer 6, assistant professor 1 person, and senior titles account for 59%. Since enrolling students in 2006, teachers majoring in power transmission and transformation have actively carried out market research, visited engineering and technical experts of employers, solicited opinions on talent demand, formulated a training plan for professionals in the construction, operation and maintenance of high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines in line with the educational concept of higher vocational colleges, and actively carried out research and practice activities on the reform and construction of training specifications and curriculum system for power transmission and transformation professionals in higher vocational colleges. 2. The practical teachers of practical teaching transmission major are mainly composed of 13 full-time experimental training teachers and 17 full-time teachers who undertake experimental training courses. Our school has 8 on-campus laboratories, 5 practice and training bases and 14 off-campus practice and training bases serving the specialty of power transmission and transformation. The laboratory mainly includes drawing, mechanics, computer, electrician, electronics, motor, high voltage, transmission line measurement laboratory and so on. Training fields include fitter training, electrical technology training, electronic technology training, electrical maintenance training, microcomputer principle and interface technology training. There are Xi 'an Power Supply Bureau, Xianyang Power Supply Bureau, Weinan Power Supply Bureau, Tongchuan Power Supply Bureau, Datang Hancheng No.2 Power Generation Co., Ltd., Datang Huxian No.2 Power Plant, Shaanxi Huadian Pucheng Power Generation Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Baoji No.2 Power Generation Co., Ltd., etc. 3. Books and materials Our library has an existing building of 4 158 square meters and a collection of 390,743 books. This major can use 77,255 paper books, 80,960 materials 1774 periodicals 1 173 and 758 electronic books. We subscribed to the full-text database of Tsinghua Tongfang's scientific journals, Wanfang's full-text database of China's excellent doctoral dissertations, Apabi e-books and other electronic resources, and tried Springer-Verlag academic journal database, online lecture hall and other databases. The weekly opening hours are 78 hours. There are 593 reading seats. The library has adopted advanced management methods. The "ILAS Library Automation System" developed by Shenzhen Library is used. Borrowing and retrieval is managed by computer, and functions such as new book introduction, online inquiry, online renewal, online appointment and online recommendation can be realized online. So that readers can find the library collection information and their own borrowing information at any work site on the campus network. In 2002, an electronic reading room with 30 workstations was established. The specialty of power transmission and transformation requires students to study in the library frequently, and use various teaching materials, reference books and professional publications to expand their knowledge. Using all kinds of information resources in the library, we can understand the whole picture, frontier and latest development trend of this major, and deepen our understanding of classroom teaching content through learning in the library. Freshmen will organize a visit to the library and four classes of training at the beginning of enrollment, understand the classification rules of the library, the collection of books in the reading room and stacks, the borrowing methods, and be familiar with the literature retrieval methods. In course design and graduation thesis writing, students are required to go to the library to collect the required documents according to the needs of the thesis. The rich books in the library fully meet the requirements of students' professional learning, expanding their knowledge and improving their quality. V. Enrollment The enrollment of the specialty of construction, operation and maintenance of high-voltage transmission and distribution lines is a batch of enrollment for fresh high school graduates and those who participate in the national unified recruitment major, mainly for the five northwestern provinces, including other provinces, cities and regions. In 2006, 40 students were enrolled, with high admission scores, good enrollment and high registration rate.
