Mei, female, Han nationality, born in February 2002, 1977, master's degree candidate. 1990- 1996 trained in the No.2 Swimming Team of Liaoning Province, won the 800-meter freestyle championship in the International Children's Invitational Tournament and the seventh place in the 200-meter butterfly in the National Swimming Championships, and won the title of national athlete.

1996-2000 studied in the Sports Training Department of Beijing Sport University and obtained the first-class swimming referee qualification. The paper "On the Relationship between Swimmers' Skills and Techniques" was admitted to the swimming science paper report meeting of national sports colleges from 1998 and participated in the meeting exchange. The main research direction is swimming teaching theory and training methods.
