Writing standards for dissertations
Dissertation is an important document for applying for a degree and a valuable asset of society. This specification is formulated in order to standardize the writing of dissertations and ensure the quality of dissertations.
First, the paper requirements
Papers should use standard simplified characters and legal units of measurement. The full text of terms, symbols and codes used in dissertations must be unified. The new technical terms, abbreviations and idioms used in the paper should be annotated.
Second, the paper binding order
Postgraduate dissertations should generally include the following parts and be bound in the following order:
1, cover;
2. statement;
3. Chinese abstracts and keywords;
4. English abstracts and keywords;
5. Contents;
6. Text;
7. Appendix;
8. References;

Third, the specification requirements of degree thesis
1, cover
The cover should include the title of the paper (including both Chinese and English, with the English title under the Chinese title), the author's name, discipline and specialty, instructor, classification number, classification grade, student number, etc.
Step 2 make a statement
The statement is located on the first page of the paper, including the original statement of the paper and the authorization statement of the use of the paper (see Annex 2 for details and format).
3. Chinese abstracts and keywords
The Chinese abstract is about 600 words, and the abstract of the paper generally includes: the purpose and importance of the research work, the completed work (a general description of each process of the research content), and the main conclusions drawn. Abstracts of dissertations should highlight new ideas or creative achievements in the contents of dissertations.
The title of China Digest is Xiao San in bold, and the content part is Xiao Si Song Ti. Word spacing is standard, and the line spacing is 1.5 times the line spacing.
The number of keywords is generally 3~5, and the number of words per keyword is generally not more than 5; Keywords should reflect the main content of the paper, and phrases should conform to academic norms; Keywords should start on a new line below the abstract, and multiple keywords should be separated by semicolons. For example:
Keywords: asset reorganization; Market reaction; authentic proof
4, English Abstract and Key Words (abstract and keywords)
The content of the English abstract should be consistent with that of the Chinese abstract. The English of Chinese Abstract is "abstract", and the English abstract is in Times New Roman font.
English keywords should correspond to Chinese keywords, and the first letter of each English keyword should be capitalized, for example:
Keywords: capital reorganization; Market reaction; empirical research
5. Contents
The table of contents is the outline of the paper, which can help readers find the corresponding page numbers in the table of contents. Page numbers start from the text to the end of the full text, and the page numbers before the text can be marked with capital Roman numerals.
The title of "Table of Contents" is small three in bold, the contents of the table of contents are small four in song style, and the standard word spacing and line spacing are 1.5 times.
6. Text
The text is the main body of the paper, and its writing content can be different according to the nature of the research topic. The text of the paper should be concise and smooth, clear, and the words and charts should be clear and tidy. The paper should be printed on A4 paper, and the printing format is Songti Xiao Si characters, and the standard word spacing and line spacing are 1.5 times.
The margins of dissertations are set according to the following standards: the top margin (zenith) is 3 cm; The bottom margin (foot) is 2.5cm, and the left margin and the right margin are 2.5 cm respectively; Binding line:1cm; Header:1.6cm; Footer:
1.5 cm. Other format requirements in the text of the paper:
(1) paper title format and typesetting requirements
① The titles of papers are generally arranged by chapters. If the papers are short, they can also be arranged in the form of "1, (1), 1, (1)";

(4) Titles under subheadings and subheadings: small four are bold;

(5) The title should be concise and to the point, reflecting the key points of the content, without punctuation;

(2) Form requirements
① The form shall have: number, name of the form (No.5 in bold) and unit; The number and table name should be in the middle of the table, and the unit is in the upper right of the table;
② "Project" (such as data name and time) should be indicated in the form, and the data in the form should be in No.5 Song Style (or Times New Roman font), and the form of three-line table is encouraged;
(3) The data source should be marked with "author, name and time of data source", and placed under the table; (4) there should be a blank line between the table and the upper and lower text.

(3) Drawing requirements
① Drawings shall have: drawing number, drawing name (bold No.5) and unit; The drawing number and name should be in the middle of the bottom of the drawing; (2) Graphics indicating units of measurement;
(3) The data source of the map should be marked with "author, source name, time" and placed at the bottom of the map in a small five-song style; (4) there should be a blank line between the picture and the upper and lower text.

(4) Precautions
Annotations are mainly used to explain or explain the title, author and a specific content in the article. The title and author of the article are placed at the bottom of the page in the form of footnotes, and the serial number is represented by circled Arabic numerals. Each discipline can choose annotation methods according to the general habits of the discipline. Several commonly used annotation formats are:
A periodical category: author, article title, periodical name, year and month, number of issues and page number. For example:

B. Literary category of the work: author, title, publisher, year, month and page number. For example:

Reference 1 (author 1 etc. , 1997; Author 2 et al., 2005), ……, the second citation (author 3 et al.,1995; Author 4 et al., 1990), ...
7. Appendix
Appendices are usually used as supplementary items to the main body of the paper. The following can be placed in the appendix:
(1) Formula derivation that is too long in the text;
(2) The auxiliary teaching tools or forms needed to facilitate reading;
(3) Repeated data and charts;
(4) Relevant explanations;
(5) Questionnaire survey, etc.
8. Reference
The description of references is marked according to the national standard "Rules for the Description of References after Articles" (GB/T 77 14—2005). Choose one of the two methods (refer to Annex 3), and encourage the use of "sequential coding system" or follow the habits of various disciplines.
The description items of references should be complete, and the serial number of references should be in the upper left box, marked with Arabic numerals and square brackets. The titles of references are in small three bold type, the descriptive items are in No.5 Song style (English and figures can also be in Times New Roman font), and the line spacing is 1.5 times, which is arranged at the end of the article.
9. Scientific research achievements completed during doctoral/master's study.
List the scientific research achievements in order of publication time, indicating the author, article title, journal name or publishing unit, year and month. Scientific research projects hosted or participated by graduate students can also be listed here.

(1) The titles and paragraph formats (including top box or indentation) of all chapters in the full text should be consistent;

(3) Time expression: use "1999 10 month" instead of "999 10 month" or "1999.6438+00";
(4) Title number: In order to conform to general academic norms, nonstandard usages such as "semi-bracket", "1" and "1" are generally not allowed, and punctuation marks are not allowed at the end of the title;
(5) The typos or irregularities in the full text shall not exceed 2/10000.
