CCR model is a DEA model. 1978, A.Charnes, W.W.Cooper and E.Rhodes, famous logistics experts and professors of the University of Texas in the United States, published an important paper: Measuring the Efficiency of Decision Making Units, which was published in the authoritative European Journal of Operational Research. A new field of operational research: Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) has been formally put forward, and its model is called C2R model for short.
