(1) basic conditions

1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws and have good moral quality.

3. The physical health status meets the medical examination requirements stipulated by the state.

4. Candidates' education must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) fresh graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications;

(2) Persons with nationally recognized undergraduate diplomas (self-taught undergraduates and online education undergraduates must obtain nationally recognized undergraduate diplomas before the registration deadline [201416 5438+04]);

(3) More than two years after obtaining the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state (graduation to 20 15, 1, the same below), reaching the same academic level as college graduation, and having published two articles related to the applied subject in public journals;

(4) Undergraduate graduates with academic qualifications recognized by the state and recent graduates of adult colleges (including adult higher education organized by ordinary colleges and universities) shall apply as undergraduate graduates with equivalent academic qualifications;

(5) Master's degree or doctor's degree has been obtained.

Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.

Those who have obtained the corresponding academic qualifications (degrees) outside the country (territory) must obtain the certification report of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before registration.

(2) Special requirements for taking professional and individual examinations.

1. Candidates applying for the Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) degree must be non-law majors (graduates majoring in law in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities are not allowed to apply).

2. Candidates who apply for the Master of Laws (Law) degree must be law majors before attending colleges and universities (only graduates of law majors in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities can apply).

3. Candidates applying for MBA and MPA degrees must meet one of the following qualifications: working for more than 3 years (including 3 years) after graduating from university; Or work for more than 5 years (including 5 years) after obtaining a nationally recognized higher vocational education degree, and achieve the same academic ability as undergraduate graduates; Or work for more than 2 years (including 2 years) after obtaining a master's or doctoral degree.

4. Candidates who apply for separate examinations must be employees of the targeted employment unit. And must have worked continuously for 4 years or more after obtaining a nationally recognized undergraduate degree, have excellent business, have published research papers (technical reports) or have become the backbone of business, and have been recommended by two experts with senior professional and technical titles and agreed by the unit where the candidates work; Or work for 2 years or more after obtaining a master's or doctoral degree, with excellent business, recommended by two experts with senior professional and technical titles and agreed by the candidate's unit. The majors you apply for are limited to: law school, constitutional law and administrative law.

5. Candidates who register for the Tibet Independent Examination (also known as the Tibet Aid Program) must meet the requirements of relevant documents of the Organization Department of Xizang Autonomous Region. The majors to apply for are limited to: law major (the first four digits of the professional code are 030 1).

(3) Others

1. Candidates who apply for the "High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" must meet the requirements of the application conditions in (1) and (2). Other information such as qualifications and enrollment quotas shall be subject to the relevant notice issued by the Ministry of Education that year.

Candidates should carefully read the application conditions of our school and confirm that they are completely in line before registering online. Those who do not meet the registration requirements cannot take the exam or be admitted, and the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
