Dissertation generally consists of 12 main parts.

The copyright page is located behind the title page and consists of two parts: the original statement and the authorization explanation for the use of the dissertation (see the annex for the layout).

3. Chinese abstract

The content of a dissertation should be concise, without comments, contain the basic information in the dissertation, embody the core idea of scientific research, and be independent and self-sufficient, that is, you can get the necessary information without reading the full text of the dissertation. There are data and conclusions in the abstract, which is a complete essay and can be used and quoted independently. The content of the paper should contain the main information equivalent to the main text of the paper, so that readers can determine whether it is necessary to read the full text, and it can also be used by secondary documents (abstracts, etc.). ). Generally, the purpose, experimental methods, results and final conclusions of the research work should be explained, and innovative achievements and new viewpoints should be highlighted.

The abstract of master's thesis is generally about 500 words, and the abstract of doctoral thesis is generally about 1500 words.

4. English abstract

The contents of English abstracts should basically correspond to those of Chinese abstracts.

5. Content

As the outline of the paper, the table of contents is the subtitle of each part of the paper, which should be concise and clear at a glance.

6. Abbreviations and symbols

Abbreviations and symbols used in papers should indicate their meanings, units (or sizes). Put it behind the table of contents.

7. Document body

It is the main body of the paper and generally consists of five parts: title, narrative, chart, table and formula. The content of writing can be different according to the nature of scientific research projects. Generally, it can include the research status and research methods of this research topic at home and abroad; The significance, purpose, arguments, arguments, conclusions, theoretical analysis, calculation methods, experimental devices and testing methods, experimental results, analysis and discussion of this topic.

The conclusion in the text is the essence of the whole paper, which should be concise and accurate, and should not be ambiguous. Conclusion On the basis of careful discussion, reasoning and quotation of the research results, conclusions or theories with universal scientific significance should be summarized and formed.

8. Take notes

The purpose of annotation is to explain the source of the cited literature or the main content of some characteristics. There are four annotation methods: paragraph annotation, footnote, chapter annotation and endnote. Chapter notes and endnotes can only be used in small quantities. If there are too many comments, it is best to break them down into paragraphs and footnotes. The general requirement for dissertation is footnotes.

9. Reference

References are a collection of documents that cite specific text sources in the text, and should be listed in the order in which the references appear, usually at the end of the text. According to GB

77 14 "Rules for Recording References after Text" shall be implemented.

10. Appendix

The appendix is a supplement to the main body of the paper and is unnecessary. Mainly includes the formula derivation that is too lengthy in the text; A more in-depth description of research methods and techniques; Auxiliary tools or tables needed for convenient reference and reading; Duplicate data chart; Main symbols, meanings, units, abbreviations, full text of procedures and explanations used in this paper.
