As people who have not stepped into society, college students should live in harmony and friendship in the ivory tower on campus. After entering the society, many people miss the pure life of the university. However, with the increasingly open society, the media that college students can access is increasing, and the beautiful campus is becoming more and more socialized. Now the campus has become a small society, and the problem of campus socialization is becoming more and more prominent.
Many times, sociologists will consider the social security of a region or country with the crime rate. Generally speaking, the lower the crime rate in an area, the higher the quality of personnel in this area, and the better the public security in this area. The campus of modern society is already a small society. When people still think that campus is the ivory tower of college students, criminal activities have taken place on campus. Whenever college students commit crimes on campus, it will cause great repercussions every time, and the society will pay the greatest attention to it. However, for several years in a row, the phenomenon of college students committing crimes on campus has not been significantly reduced.
What are the similarities between college students' campus crime and social crime? First of all, they are all criminal acts, and any criminal act must be severely punished by law; Secondly, from the perspective of criminal psychology, all criminals are actually in an extremely excited state when they really decide to commit a crime, whether it is premeditated or unplanned; Moreover, after being caught, all criminals will be calm and regret it. Calm is because the nerves that have been nervous for many days have finally got a rest and relaxation, and there is a feeling of relief. Regret is a kind of psychology that is no different from normal people after returning to normal, because normal people generally do not commit crimes; Finally, criminal activities have brought great mental losses to themselves and others. Ordinary criminal acts will at least cause pain to themselves and their families, and even cause great mental impact to two or more families. Often campus crime will cause greater mental loss to families, and a family may become fragmented.
The main body of campus crime cases is generally college students, who have not yet entered the society, and their psychology is still in a special position of students, which is obviously different from social personnel. In criminal psychology, college students and social workers mainly have the following differences: 1, which is a typical passion crime. Although most criminals commit crimes on impulse in social work crimes, college students, as favored children, are more likely to be provoked and become hysterical. Moreover, because of the long-term expectation in school, college students often don't learn how to get along with others, and it is easier to cause conflicts because of a little thing. Campus-specific passion? According to research, the impulsiveness of social workers on campus is lower than that of college students, which means that social workers are more rational than college students; 2. Naive crime: Although college students have high academic qualifications and high IQ, their criminal means and methods are naive, which reflects their imitation mentality when committing crimes. Many times, college students' criminal means simply imitate existing cases or novels, which makes them more likely to commit crimes. As long as they see the modus operandi, they tend to imitate it. However, because of its simple modus operandi, it is convenient for public security organs to carry out criminal investigation. 3. Simple motivation: Before entering the society, college students experience very limited things on campus, unable to understand the complexity of society, and often commit crimes because of some trivial things. According to the survey, in recent years, college students' motives for campus crimes tend to focus on (1) dormitory life problems: college students often live in collective dormitories, and many people may have different personalities or living habits. Long-term resentment leads to the final crime. (2) Jealousy: As a student, achievement is generally the standard to judge its Excellence. As a student with excellent individual performance, if he is arrogant, he is likely to become the target of others' crimes because of jealousy. (3) Emotional problems: There is little pressure on college students to study, and it is common for college students to fall in love. There are not a few criminal cases caused by emotional disputes among college students.
From the perspective of criminal psychology, college students' criminal psychology is actually not complicated, and it is not a difficult problem to study it in depth. However, in many previous studies, most researchers did not combine the characteristics of college students and the basic characteristics of campus crime, nor did they conduct in-depth research from the motivation of college students' campus crime cases, but studied the criminal psychology of college students and social workers together, which is actually unscientific. In view of college students' criminal psychology on campus, this paper puts forward some measures to prevent college students from committing crimes: 1, strengthening students' own quality education: the occurrence of college students' cases is largely related to students' personal quality, and many students are ostentatious in school, which will inevitably affect others and cause their dissatisfaction, so schools should teach everyone to learn to protect themselves wisely and hide their strength; 2. Strengthen students' psychological education and give them more opportunities for psychological counseling: The main reason for college students' criminal cases is that their minds are not mature enough and their minds are not strong enough. In the face of difficulties or pain, there will be excessive performance. It is very important to teach them to solve negative emotions correctly. Although many schools have psychological counseling institutions such as station agents, many students often have no chance to really have psychological counseling because of staffing problems; 3, to provide students with as many opportunities to contact the society as possible: students stay on campus for a long time, their thoughts will be too simple and simple, and their minds will be difficult to grow rapidly. Therefore, it will give them more opportunities to get in touch with society and let them experience all kinds of flavors of society. After a long time, college students' psychology will become more and more mature, and crimes caused by impulse and passion will also be reduced.
To sum up, this paper introduces the characteristics of college students' campus crime and compares them with those of social crimes, makes a psychological study of college students' campus crime, deeply analyzes the similarities and differences between college students' criminal psychology and social workers' criminal psychology, and gives some more targeted measures to prevent college students' campus crime from the perspective of school and society. I believe that as long as we further study the criminal psychology of college students, researchers can put forward more feasible prevention methods for college students' crimes.

Analysis of College Students' Criminal Psychology (Ⅱ)
With the rapid development of economy, our material level has been greatly improved, but the spiritual level has not reached that high level, which has led to many things that harm others and do not benefit ourselves, and many criminal acts have followed. For the society, college students should be the pillars of the motherland in the future, but why are there so many things that make us sad? Exploring the reasons for these phenomena is exactly what the article wants to express.

First, the analysis of college students' crime phenomenon
(1) Crime rate
In China, teenagers have become the subject of crime, and the total number of crimes has reached 70-80% of the total number of criminal crimes in the country. Although it has declined in recent years, it still accounts for 32.55%, among which college students commit crimes. According to the analysis of relevant data, the crime rate of college students in China has been on the rise in recent years.
(2) types of crimes
College students don't have their own financial resources, but they all rely on the help of their families. Therefore, they will inevitably be stimulated by the outside world and will be dissatisfied with the material. Friends? Jealousy leads our college students to crime. Therefore, most college students commit crimes in order to pursue pleasure, satisfy revenge and seek excitement.
Second, there are many reasons for criminal psychology.
(A) their own reasons
1. The confusion of self-consciousness. Many college students don't know themselves, so we put? Me? Divided into subject self and object self, if a new harmonious and unified self can be formed on the basis of the differentiation of subject self and object self, then a good self-consciousness can be established, and on the contrary, confusion of self-consciousness may occur.
2. Needs and motivations. Necessity is the basic motive force of the subject's thoughts and activities. If it is a normal demand, it will not lead to crime at all. The biggest feature of the criminal's demand is that it will never be met.
3. Personality. Personality is the most difficult thing for us to change. As the saying goes, a leopard cannot change his spots. From this, we can know what kind of personality is more likely to embark on the road of crime.
(2) social reasons,
Now we know that there are many channels for information, and many bad behaviors are spread by our students. Different people will lead us to this path, and access to this information will have our own resistance. This will lead to the conflict of our values and the alienation of the way our value subjects meet their needs, thus deviating from the normal track of society.
(3) School reasons
When I was a child, the school attached too much importance to grades, which made us struggle only for this, which made us have great psychological pressure. Therefore, we have many disadvantages in dealing with interpersonal relationships, and it is easy to play truant and go to the society to find what we want, so it is easier to get in touch with some people who are not very good, resulting in criminal behavior. In college, many students are judged by our credits. Low requirements for students' humanistic quality will lead to college students' weak sense of morality, decreased sense of responsibility and insufficient sense of norms.
(4) Family reasons
It is said that home is a refuge for people, and we all want to go back to our home when we are proud or frustrated. How much influence home has on us. Therefore, family environment, family education and family integrity have a deep influence on us. This includes single-parent families, poor families and disharmonious families. First of all, the single-parent family itself has caused a great psychological shadow to children. He grew up in such an environment lacking fatherly love or maternal love, and would be discriminated against by others. Therefore, it will form a withdrawn, selfish and indifferent character, and it is difficult to get along with others; Children who grow up in poor families will have strong self-esteem, but they will have a strong desire to meet the basic problem of food and clothing, so they will commit theft.
Family education is the key to the problem. Many parents made some mistakes in education, which led them to commit crimes.
Third, the current solution.
(1) prison
For college students who have committed crimes, as long as they violate the criminal law, they are basically in prison, which is their chance to turn over a new leaf.
School curriculum
After criminal incidents in some universities, school administrators have realized the seriousness of the problem and strengthened the dissemination of legal knowledge, so they have set up some specific courses.
abstract
From ourselves to family and then to society, such an environment makes our life more stressful, and our college students are in the transitional period of adults and teenagers. Many problems are not so clear, so conformity psychology and our own problems have led to so many criminal acts. So how to make students have a correct outlook on life and values is the root of the problem. In my opinion, students should constantly improve themselves so that they can make progress; Schools should teach students more behaviors and let them know more? People? The real connotation of; Families should appropriately change the current model and be equal to their children; Society is a big group, so we should build a fair and just platform for the students now.
