Food Science and Technology is a bimonthly food professional periodical headed by Beijing Education Commission, sponsored by Beijing Technology and Business University and edited by Professor Sun, an academician of China Academy of Engineering. It is distributed at home and abroad. This journal was collected by international authoritative retrieval systems, namely, Food Science Abstracts (FSTA) in Britain and Chemical Abstracts (CA) in the United States, incorporated into China Academic Journal (CD-ROM version), and listed as a fixed publishing source by many databases and abstracts magazines such as China Journal Network and Wanfang Data Resources System. This journal mainly publishes the latest scientific research achievements in basic research, processing technology, storage and preservation, analysis and testing, cleaner production, safety supervision, machinery and packaging technology in food science and related fields, including research papers exploring new theories, methods and technologies, as well as high-quality summary articles reflecting the development trends of food science frontiers.
