Training and learning, updating knowledge and teaching mode reform have become the main theme of my life. For example, I am over 50 this year, and I have taken Chinese classes in three classes, and I am the head teacher. When busyness becomes the norm, my inner world becomes simple. Looking back on my previous teaching path, I am like a mother walking with a snail.

First, as a teacher, I am very confused and confused.

1September 1989, I took my youthful passion and dream to the long-awaited three-foot platform and started my Chinese teaching career. When the first batch of students graduated, I accumulated a whole educational diary, sent it away, and watched my little accumulation. Although it is messy, my heart is full of sweetness. This is the happiness of being a teacher, and this happiness has strengthened my choice. The next two graduating classes were my most difficult experiences. I have a daughter at home who can't let go. I don't want to give up any student in my class that I care about sometimes. I have to take my homework home and correct it at night. The child was ill and entrusted to her mother-in-law. I am busy with housework in spring, autumn and winter. I remember a student who was addicted to the internet and secretly skipped class to go to an Internet cafe. I quarreled with my boss when I went to the Internet cafe to find students. In this way, I failed to win back the child's heart. I'm going to visit Beicun's home more than ten miles away from home, and I'm going the wrong way. I walked into the mountain and walked on the mountain road in the autumn wind, and my legs were weak. My parents and I helped him quit Internet addiction step by step. Finally, the child didn't pass the exam because he had too much homework. The most impressive sentence is: "You taught me how to use the network correctly, and I learned a lot about welding from the network". I haven't spent six years in vain, 1995, and my school has made outstanding achievements in political and ideological work, and I was rated as an advanced worker at the county level. 1996- 1997 school year, won the first-class merit award at the county level for outstanding work performance. 1999 is another bumper year. My class scored impressive in the senior high school entrance examination, ranking first in the whole school. Ten years of teaching experience makes me feel that I lack knowledge. The new round of curriculum reform makes me feel that my ideas are out of date. I began to participate in various trainings organized by the school, seeking advice from teachers at the forefront of reform, studying teaching materials and exploring teaching methods. I participated in class teacher training, computer training and adult college entrance examination, and graduated with excellent results. This has made full preparations for future subject teaching and interdisciplinary knowledge integration, and my teaching ability has also been improved. I often have more activities with my Chinese teacher in the year of classmates. After class, we discuss with senior teachers, seek advice, improve teaching methods and learn from each other's strengths. I also boldly adopt independent, cooperative and inquiry learning methods in the teaching of classical Chinese, so that students can enter the text in the form of group cooperation, and combine reference books, textbook notes and their own accumulation of classical Chinese, first learn by themselves and then explain. Sometimes students make bold guesses based on modern Chinese knowledge. Once recognized, the students cheered and the classroom atmosphere was relaxed and happy. Students have experienced the pleasure of autonomous learning in cooperative inquiry, and I have also experienced the pleasure of studying teaching methods. If I want to be preconceived in classical Chinese teaching now, the students will immediately remind you: "teacher, we haven't studied yet." This is the result of my insistence on being a learning and research-oriented teacher. In 2000, I was rated as an excellent class teacher at the county level, and my thesis "Reflections on Reading Teaching" won the second prize of the Provincial Education Association. In 2002, he was named the backbone teacher of education and scientific research in Tonghe County.

In the second decade of teaching, my education and teaching concept has been gradually improved, and my personal teacher quality has achieved various developments in my study.

Students' self-management ability is obviously superior to previous students. In the next two years, I will have more time to devote to teaching, keep up with the situation of curriculum reform and keep learning new teaching methods. One is to make classroom teaching effective, and the other is to strive for high efficiency. During this period, our school changed the teaching place twice because of rebuilding the new school building, but it did not affect the teaching effect at all. Liu Hang, Qin Yitong and Xu Wenjing, three students in my class, participated in the activity of "Learning the Party History and Eulogizing the Party's Grace" organized by Harbin TV Station on behalf of the county. 20 12 senior high school entrance examination, the harvest was full. The new model of class management is becoming more and more mature in the attempt, and I began to pay attention to the construction of corridor culture. Corridor culture construction and micro-team management complement each other and promote each other. There are several sections in our class construction: micro-team exhibition board, inspirational wall, learning to be a model, spiritual aerobics, reading time, creative space, map communication space, etc. Each section plays a unique role.

In the formative education stage of the first school year, spiritual aerobics played a guiding role. In the second academic year, the map exchange space provided beneficial help for students' personalized learning and logical thinking. This is the learning mode I learned when I went to Yunnan Normal University to participate in the training of municipal academic leaders, which is very conducive to the summary and review of mathematics and physics at the end of the chapter. When drawing a map, students should review the chapters, summarize the knowledge points and keywords in this chapter, and then express them in graphic language. When painting, students constantly switch between abstract thinking and image thinking, which deepens their understanding of knowledge. There are several branches of "Zhongchuang Space", which I personally agree with. "Appreciation of excellent works" is an extension of Chinese teaching.
