This is just the name of a disease. There are basically three detection methods, and their normal and abnormal values are as follows.

X-ray examination

Von-Rosen pelvic plain film: the normal extension line passes through the outer edge of acetabulum and intersects below the plane of waist 5 and sacrum 1;

Pelvic plain film: the acetabular index is normal at 20-25, basically constant at 15 at the age of 12, and abnormal at >; 30 ;

Perkin Square is usually located in the inner lower quadrant.

Shendun line

The distance from the peak of the metaphyseal end of Hilgenereiner femoral shaft to the horizontal line is h, which is10 mm; Under normal circumstances. The distance from the metaphyseal end of femoral shaft to the innermost edge of acetabulum is d, and the normal standard is 12 mm. When the H value is less than 12 mm or the D distance is greater than12 mm, the hip joint infertility should be suspected.

Bertol measurement method: (P30 Figure 4-4) Normal upper gap A is 9.5 mm, and inner gap B is 4.3 mm If A is less than 8.5 mm and B is greater than 5. 1 mm, dislocation of hip joint should be suspected. If a is less than 7.5 mm and b is greater than 6. 1 mm, it can be diagnosed as dislocation of hip joint.
