At present, with the rapid development of China's economy and the spread of economic globalization, economic management has been paid more and more attention by many enterprises. Under the new situation, in the face of such fierce market competition, enterprises need to take effective innovative measures, strengthen economic management and control, and constantly carry out reform and innovation to enhance their comprehensive economic strength. This paper mainly discusses the importance of the current enterprise economic management innovation, analyzes some problems existing in its management process, and puts forward specific innovation strategies for the reference of relevant professionals.
