There are still great differences between the two, as follows:
External audit: refers to sending papers to experts from other units for audit. Some schools are managed by the degree office in a unified way, while others are guided by tutors. 90% of the experts appointed by the tutor submit papers for review, and they can only pass because of the good relationship between the experts and the tutor.
Blind evaluation is a system of organizing expert evaluation, which is always submitted anonymously, so the best advantage is that the evaluation teacher doesn't know who wrote this paper, so it doesn't matter even if he has a bad relationship with the teacher, because it is anonymous, which is of great benefit to students who have a bad relationship with the teacher.
The right of reply can only be obtained by passing the external examination and blind inspection, and you can't graduate if you don't pass the defense. As long as two experts pass the blind trial or two experts pass the external trial, they have the right of reply. The defense Committee does not include experts from external auditors, and only half of them can graduate.
This is the difference between blind test and external test.
