The School of Electrical Engineering and Automation of Fuzhou University was established on the basis of the original electrical engineering department after the reorganization of disciplines. The college has 2 departments, 1 Department of Electrical and Electronics, 1 Central Laboratory, 1 School Practice Center, 5 research institutes and 6 research centers. There are 1 doctoral programs, 6 master programs, 2 engineering master programs and 2 undergraduate majors. In recent years, 13 people have gone abroad for further study or cooperative research, and have academic exchanges with the United States, Japan, Germany, Britain, Spain, Hong Kong and other countries and regions. Since 1986, the college has undertaken about 150 national, provincial and ministerial projects and horizontal scientific and technological development projects, won the national invention award 1, won more than 20 scientific and technological progress awards at or above the provincial level, obtained more than 20 national patents, published more than 700 academic papers, edited and officially published textbooks and monographs/kloc-0.
