When writing a form in word, the first page is not full, and it will automatically run to the next page. What should I do?
Some tables or cells (a part of the whole table) are set with a fixed row height by mistake, resulting in a large blank when crossing pages (this setting is suitable for handwriting, and there will be problems when filling in the electronic version).

Solution 1 Select the line near (below) the page feed point.

Right-click, Table Properties, Rows, deselect Row Height, and then select Allow Spanning.

Solution 2 The table is placed in a paragraph, or there is something wrong with the format of the paragraph.

Select the next line of the page break, and select the Line Break and Page Break tab for formats, paragraphs, and dialog boxes, where all check marks will be removed, and then click OK.

Solution 3: Below or near the blank space are charts and tables. If the map cannot be fully displayed, the system will automatically adjust to the following. You can make the spacing between paragraphs and the distance before and after paragraphs on this chart smaller, and make this chart and table smaller.

Solution 4: You can adjust the header and footer position and margins of the page appropriately.

The method of the whole table: click the table attribute, table label, and text wrapping mode, then select "None" and confirm.
