1 research status at home and abroad
Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan and Otis Corporation of the United States have developed intelligent elevator data acquisition systems. Mitsubishi's system is mainly based on 89C5 1, developed with VB5.0, and sends the data of sensors and controllers of each node to the upper computer through different communication lines. The main disadvantage is that it can only give an emergency alarm and handle the fault of its own Mitsubishi elevator during operation. The intelligent elevator data acquisition system developed by Otis Elevator Company in the United States can realize the basic alarm function and increase the multi-level alarm function. The system can send an alarm signal in time when the elevator is abnormal, and provide managers with information such as the location of the abnormal elevator, specific problems and the situation of passengers in the elevator, and then send an interruption signal to the elevator service. At present, most elevator intelligent data acquisition systems developed in China can not basically realize the use of general network. Internet of things technology has been applied in elevators, and it has been expanded and extended on the basis of Internet application. It combines articles with the Internet through various sensing devices such as pyroelectric sensors, infrared sensors and radio frequency identification, and communicates data information according to specific protocols, which can not only realize intelligent identification, tracking and positioning of articles, but also complete monitoring and management of articles. The platform based on the Internet of Things integrates smart phone terminal and mobile Internet technology, which can realize multi-platform network data exchange and management. Using the real-time recording method of elevator operation process, the management unit can reach a higher level of safety management without investing a lot of money to install monitoring equipment, and the elevator intelligent system is slowly developing towards high adaptability and compatibility.
2 Research content
The elevator industry is developing towards networking and informatization, and the intelligent elevator Internet of Things monitoring system will become the development trend of the elevator industry. The system can collect elevator-related operation data through special adapters, transmit data through 3G, 4G, GPRS, Ethernet, etc., and analyze and comprehensively process the data through the Internet of Things cloud platform system to realize elevator fault early warning, trapped rescue, daily management, quality evaluation, hidden danger prevention and multimedia transmission. Elevator intelligent data acquisition system will make full use of smart phone technology, Internet technology and Internet of Things technology, organically combine elevator basic information base, elevator maintenance personnel, elevator service related departments and personnel, and realize a complete record of all events and states (whether the door is in place, whether the door is flat, floor position, etc.). ) elevator life cycle (production, installation, maintenance, inspection and testing). 3 Conclusion
Elevator maintenance and repair are recorded in real time, elevator detection process is recorded in real time, and information such as elevator emergency rescue and fault maintenance is recorded in the form of multimedia files such as telephone recording, pictures and videos. The establishment of elevator safety management system, performance appraisal and responsibility traceability system can effectively improve the safety management level of elevators and reduce the failure rate and accident rate of elevators. The elevator running status and audio and video monitoring system established by using Internet of Things technology has realized the upgrade and integration of the previous GPRS mode, broken through the limitation of bandwidth and function, and realized the complete docking with the integrated management platform.
