9. In the process of pile foundation construction, due to the complicated geological conditions, the design length of pipe pile does not meet the actual geological requirements. I organized personnel to carry out geological exploration again, which overcame the difficulties of water cut, power cut and temporary construction, helped the exploration unit complete the geological exploration task on time, and ensured the smooth progress of pile foundation work.

At the beginning of 10 and 12, the foundation pit support and earthwork will be started. Due to the tight construction period and the heavy tasks of foundation pit support and earthwork, the construction unit has to carry out a lot of night construction besides daytime construction. In order to ensure the construction progress, I often go to the site to follow up the construction under unfavorable natural factors such as 12 winter night and rainy day, and track it day and night to coordinate and solve it for the construction unit at any time.

Because of the complexity involved in the construction, I haven't had a day off since the project started. I have to leave the construction site after 9: 00 every night, giving up the opportunity to rest on holidays, and always insisting on timely coordination and solving various problems encountered in the construction.
