Now is the era of "rule of law" society and civilization, and "law" is around us, always regulating our behavior. Only by studying and understanding the law can we adapt to the needs of social development and become qualified citizens. In a word, we must understand the law, study the law and abide by it.
Legal consciousness is a form of social consciousness and the sum of people's legal views and legal feelings. Its contents include the views on the essence and function of law, the requirements and attitudes towards the current law, the evaluation and interpretation of the law, the understanding of one's rights and obligations, the evaluation of whether an act is legal, the knowledge about legal phenomena and the concept of rule of law.
The ancients said, "Without rules, there would be no Fiona Fang". And this "rule" is "law". "Law" is the "code of conduct" of our whole society. When it comes to law, people always feel mysterious, dignified and sublime. In fact, laws, like morality, habits, religion and discipline, regulate people's behavior. It is precisely because of these norms that this society has become orderly; It is because of the existence of the law that our rights have been properly guaranteed. As contemporary middle school students, we are fortunate to live in the era of reform and opening up in China. We have witnessed the rapid development of China's legal system in the past 20 years. More than 300 laws have been promulgated one after another, and "ruling the country according to law" has been written into the Constitution. How exciting! However, what we should think about is: how to walk with France on our growth path? Some people may say: you worry too much, we are still minors, as long as we don't kill and set fire, the law can't bind us. I said, no! The law is very close to us. I don't think those who despise the role of law really realize the importance of law. There is a well-known legal adage: "Justice should not only be realized, but also be realized in a visible way." Law is a social norm that realizes justice, embodies fairness and correctly regulates human behavior. In today's economic society, people's moral consciousness is constantly weakening, and some people are even discussing whether some traditional virtues are outdated. This forces us to resort to the law to maintain our social order. New york, a prosperous international metropolis, is the evil source with the highest crime rate. Statistics show that there is a robbery every five minutes. However, there are also some bad phenomena that violate the criminal law among students in our country. For example, extort money from classmates, participate in robbery, and even commit crimes by gangs. It is reported that on April 30 this year, Wenmou, a 7-year-old student from Wanning City, Hainan Province, was sentenced to five years in prison for robbing with a plastic gun. In recent years, the phenomenon of juvenile gang crime is also on the rise. Generally, students under the age of 18 join gang crimes. According to a statistic of the public security organs, from the late 1980s to the present, juvenile delinquency is developing at a younger age. In Shanghai, juvenile offenders aged 14- 16 account for 64.2% of juvenile crimes. What is particularly frightening is that 14-year-old children who have just entered the legal punishment age actually account for 15.l%% of them. Crime will undoubtedly threaten our stable life forever. However, we must firmly believe that the law will always safeguard justice. It is true that there are omissions in China's current legal system. Some people deviate from professional ethics and conscience for money and the word "profit" and take advantage of the law. But I still want to say that our laws are constantly improving and perfecting. We must firmly believe in the justice of the law and learn to defend the law!
As long as we keep the legal system in mind, we will restrain our actions, will not be emotional, will not do anything that goes against the interests of the state and harms the interests of others, and will safeguard the country, the people and even the society. When our behavior is well regulated, our country will be peaceful, we can live in a free and democratic environment, and happiness and happiness will accompany us.
My greatest pride is as a China native. My greatest pride is that foreigners call me "China native". My greatest happiness is living in China. I don't want to give up the title of China citizen. I think all of you should be proud of being China people, so let's carry forward the spirit of the rule of law and build a great Chinese dream.
