It is clearly pointed out in the opinion that academic qualifications and professional titles should not be used as restrictive conditions for publishing papers in academic journals in the education system, and the quality of papers should not be judged solely by publishing papers, professional titles, honors and qualifications, and the number of papers collected by SSCI, CSSCI, etc. should not be used as the only criterion for selecting and appointing tutors and applying for talent evaluation plans.
At present, many papers have a high degree of cooperation in academic achievements, with many articles and repeated evaluations, which can be said to greatly reduce academic activity. The thesis is essentially an article that studies and describes academic research achievements in various academic fields. There is only one paper, which can easily lead to the neglect of research. Not everyone is a genius, but all people are inspired by generation. Only after long-term research and training can a paper really come out, not a completely new and irrelevant extension of other people's research results. A person who wants long-term research needs short-term results. Without short-term results, there is no way to promote his professional title. Even if his academic level, personal ability and knowledge reserve far exceed this position, he is incompetent.
Only papers can easily lead to academic impetuousness and low quality, so the advantages of only papers far outweigh the disadvantages.
