Format of legal documents
Judging from the style of documents, legal documents can be roughly divided into letters, services, statements, forms and records. Letter type and delivery type are close, but the writing position of the recipient is different: the recipient of letter type is at the head of the document, and the recipient of delivery type is at the end of the document. There are many legal documents in the form of letters, either facing the parties, law enforcement agencies or related units; However, in any case, there are generally clear recipients or units, as well as production organs and language titles. Some letter documents have one or two modest words at the end. Such as "I hereby reply". Letters and documents between judicial organs often use this form.

The legal documents sent by letter are very similar to those sent by letter, except that the receiving unit is changed to the sending unit, which is written at the end of the document and led by this letter; However, the receiving unit should be filled in the top box. Lawyers' practical documents are mostly service documents. For example, all kinds of complaints are service documents. Some documents in the form of delivery need to state the basic situation of the parties at the beginning of the document. This form is also often used to apply for books written by lawyers or clients themselves. Square brackets refer to the values in square brackets as addresses. Parentheses are used for offsets, which means that the values inside parentheses should be added to the values outside.
