Hypothesis is the most formal requirement for academic papers. Let me make some suggestions first.

1. You left out a very important chapter: introduction of life insurance industry, introduction of agent system, characteristics of China market, etc. Because you must first make clear the important content of the topic and let people know what you are discussing.

2. Is the third chapter the cause or influence of the loss? If the two contents are suggested to be divided into chapters.

3. If you are analyzing the reasons, don't just think about it, but have tools to prove it, such as a lot of interview data, and so on. In short, let people see the process and method of your research.

To take a step back, even if it is only a unit article, the research process and methods should be clearly explained, otherwise people will not be convinced.
