A paper on nurses

Nurses are health technicians who perform the duties of protecting life, relieving pain and improving health. Below, I will share a paper about nurses for you, hoping to help you!

Quality of life refers to the feeling and evaluation of social members on themselves and their various environments on a certain material basis. It is the adequacy of living conditions provided by the environment and the satisfaction of people's living needs, which may be related to the big gap between their expected life goals and reality, and needs further discussion. The survey of nurses shows that the job satisfaction of married people is lower than that of unmarried people [3 1], which indirectly reduces the quality of life of nurses.

Four suggestions

When thinking about how to improve the quality of nursing and stabilize the nursing team, hospital managers should pay attention to the quality of life of nurses and the pressure from work and life, and control the work pressure within the range that can make them have positive organizational behavior.

First of all, managers should create a good organizational atmosphere for nurses, enhance their sense of organizational support, psychological empowerment and social support, pay attention to their psychosocial factors and improve their mobility. According to the type of work, staffing and flexible scheduling can promote the balance between work and family of nurses.

Secondly, nursing managers should guide nurses to form the professional spirit of saving lives, encourage nurses to strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality, be good at adjusting pressure, take the initiative to sort out psychological obstacles, realize self-worth in their work and improve their quality of life.

Finally, nursing managers should attach importance to the parallel management of contract nurses and registered nurses, strengthen humanistic care and emotional education for contract nurses, enhance their love for nursing work and provide them with more career development opportunities. Clear responsibilities and division of labor, implement performance appraisal, and minimize salary imbalance; Establish an incentive mechanism, consider the principle of fairness and justice when formulating countermeasures, give appropriate subsidies to night nurses, arrange shifts and rest time reasonably, ensure their physical, psychological and social integrity and improve their quality of life.
