When plagiarism, forgery, plagiarism, data fraud and other serious academic misconduct occur in the sampling inspection of undergraduate thesis, the degree certificate will be cancelled. According to Article 124 of the Regulations on Sampling Inspection of Undergraduate Graduation Thesis issued by the Ministry of Education, if there are serious academic misconduct such as plagiarism, forgery, plagiarism and data fraud, the degree certificate will be cancelled and criminal responsibility will be investigated according to law.
