Scoring standards and rules for thesis defense
The scoring criteria and rules for thesis defense are as follows:

(1) Graduation design (thesis) scores are divided into five grades: excellent, good, medium, passing and failing.

(2) Graduation design (thesis) grading: 40% for the tutor's suggestion, 20% for the marking teacher and 40% for the defense group, and the final grade will be adjusted by the defense committee in a balanced way (the defense committee will adjust the grade according to the following principles: correcting deviation, resolving disputes, controlling, etc.).

(3) Students' scores shall be subject to the results officially announced by the Department's defense committee (the defense committee shall fill in the "graduation thesis defense review" carefully).

(4) The grading of the final grade of graduation project (thesis) should follow the following principles: the number of people rated as "excellent" should not exceed 15%, the number of people rated as "good" and above should not exceed 60%, and the number of people rated as "medium" and "low" should have a certain proportion.

Specific standards

1, excellent: able to abide by the graduation design (thesis) writing norms and progress well, with extremely serious writing attitude; Demonstrate strong innovative ability to analyze and solve problems; Excellent results in thesis defense.

2. Good: able to abide by the writing standards and progress of graduation thesis, and have a serious writing attitude; The design (paper) is correct in viewpoint, showing certain ability of analyzing and solving problems; The design and debugging have achieved certain results, and the design (thesis) defense has achieved good results.

3, medium: can abide by the graduation design (thesis) writing norms and progress; Theoretical derivation or experimental design debugging is acceptable; Written expression is ok, and the design (paper) defense score is ok.

4. Pass: basically abide by the writing standards and progress of graduation design (thesis), have basic achievements in theoretical derivation or experimental design debugging, and have average results in design (thesis) defense.

Score below 5.59: writing attitude is extremely serious, theoretical deduction or experimental design debugging is inconclusive, design (thesis) thinking is unclear, and design (thesis) defense is unqualified.
