1. Open the English paper to be checked and select the whole document. Click the Paragraph option in the Start menu bar. In the Paragraph dialog box, select the Spacing tab. Enter the number of spaces in the "Before Paragraph" and "After Paragraph" text boxes, which means there is a space before and after each paragraph.
2. Click OK to save the settings, select the whole document, and then click Format Text in the Start menu bar. In the Text Format dialog box, select the Paragraph tab.
3. Enter the number of spaces previously set in the "Before Paragraph" and "After Paragraph" text boxes, and then click "OK" to save the settings.
