What is a research report format template?
Research report format template:

1, title of the article.

The title of the article should be concise and appropriate, which can summarize the content of the article, generally no more than 20 words.

2. Signature of the author.

The author should sign with his real name. If it is a mass author, you can mark it in the footer of the first page.

3. Abstraction.

The main contents and viewpoints of the paper should be objectively summarized, and the length should not exceed 200 words.

4. Key words.

Keywords are words or phrases that reflect the theme of the paper and have retrieval value. Generally 3~6.

5. Introduction to the author.

The author's brief introduction is the name, date of birth, gender, hospital (department, institute) and major of the main author, which is placed in the footer of the first page of the article.

6. Text.

The text is the main part of the research report, not less than 4000 words (not including the basic situation of the research). Put forward, analyze and solve problems according to the basic situation of the village investigation. The content of the research report is divided into four parts: introduction to the basic situation of the research, investigation and analysis, thinking and suggestions, and family cases of farmers (not less than one).

7. Take notes.

The title and the author's comments are placed at the bottom of the home page. The notes of specific contents in the text are placed at the bottom of the current page (footnote), and sorted separately with 1, 2,3 ... each page is based on the order in which they appear in the paper.

8. References are placed at the end of the text, and the description format of the main references is as follows:

Works: Marking sequence: person in charge/document name/publisher/publication time/page number.

Example: Zhao: Recalling the Past in the Literary World, Beixin Bookstore, 1948, p. 43.

Periodical: Annotation order: person in charge/document name/periodical name/year (or volume and publication year).

E.g. He Lingxiu: Read Gu Cheng's History of Nanming, China History Research No.3, 1998.

Dissertations, conference papers, etc. : Marking sequence: person in charge/document title/paper nature/place or school/document formation time/page number.

Example: Fang Mingdong: A Study of Luo Longji's Political Thought (19 13- 1949), Ph.D. thesis of History Department of Beijing Normal University, 20xx, p. 67.

9. Font and font size.

Title: bold numbers are centered in four.

Author's name: Songti No.4 Middle School.

Abstract: Key words and references: Songzixiao No.4 is bold.

Abstract: Key words, bibliography: Song Sports School No.4.

Author's brief introduction and comments: Song Ti Xiao No.5 is bold.

Author's brief introduction and annotation content: Song Dynasty Xiaowu.
