How to deal with job interview papers
With the gradual improvement of China's market economy system and the further reform of the employment system, college graduates have also changed from the previous national package distribution to entering the talent market, and they have implemented independent job selection and two-way choice. Throughout the whole job-hunting process of graduates, job interviews often become a very important and necessary level. If you want to get the ideal position in the fierce job competition, the interview is particularly important. According to my experience in recommending graduates for employment, I think the following work should be done well in the interview:

First, a comprehensive understanding of the profound meaning of the interview interview is an important part of the employer's recruitment process. Mainly through the formal conversation between the interviewer and the applicant, we can form an objective understanding and familiarity with the applicant's business knowledge level, appearance, work experience, job hunting motivation, expression ability, development potential, reaction ability and personal hobbies, so as to decide whether to hire the applicant. The interview forms are flexible and diverse, and two-way communication is implemented. Interviewers and applicants can have different comparison times. The interview process is mainly conducted in the form of questions and answers. The questions asked are generally questions set by the interviewer in advance, or questions randomly asked in the conversation with the candidates. No matter what form or method is adopted, the purpose is to comprehensively investigate and understand the basic qualities of candidates.

Second, do all the preparatory work before the interview.

It should be mainly carried out in the following two aspects:

1 Need a bosom friend. Graduates should organize their personal data objectively and fairly;

First of all, prepare academic certificates and skill certificates (such as foreign language proficiency certificate, computer level certificate, professional skill level certificate, etc.). ), honorary certificates, resumes and other materials that reflect personal information, so as to recognize yourself and do a good job in job hunting.

Secondly, fill out the application form. From registration to interview, time is tight and tasks are heavy. The application form must be filled in carefully, because this is the beginning of the application. Fill in your school experience, courses, knowledge, hobbies and specialties according to the position you want to apply for. This shows from one side the comprehensive quality of an applicant and the seriousness of his resolute participation.

Thirdly, graduates should be prepared for personal image design, including dress, gfd, public relations etiquette and language skills.

2. Get to know each other. Graduates should conduct an all-round investigation and research on the units they will apply for. It mainly includes the collection, analysis and arrangement of information materials such as business philosophy, governance model, employment system, employee quality, post setting and product development process. In particular, it is more important to know the situation of the staff who presided over the interview and the candidates. Because in this way, you can adopt the method of empathy and ask yourself questions from the perspective of recruitment, so as to avoid the recruiter from asking questions without knowing where to start. For example, I went to a factory under the Aerospace Corporation to learn about the situation with the person in charge of recruitment, and learned that there were no electricians and grinders in the factory, so I had a certain understanding of the thinking mode of the supervisor. After returning to school, after comprehensive analysis, I help students list the questions that may be asked during the interview, so that they can focus on preparation. As a result, most of the interview questions were within the scope of our preparation, so that the factory recruited several graduates from our school.

Third, the interview stage should strive to do the following.

1. Be mentally prepared. Graduates are calm, supercilious, polite and natural before the interviewer, and treat the interview with a positive attitude. To overcome overestimation or inferiority, we should always tell ourselves: I have made the best preparation, prepared for failure, and have a strong desire for success.

2. When answering questions, graduates can listen accurately, remember firmly, answer neatly, have a certain depth, don't worry, should pause, strive for thinking time, and give people a sense of stability and confidence. Because for the interviewer, sometimes what is more important is the accomplishment and attitude of the graduates.

3. In the interview process, graduates try to consciously put themselves in a relaxed, happy and harmonious atmosphere, and establish a trust and intimate relationship with each other, which can make them smile and relax. When answering questions, try to integrate your own advantages into the questions, so that when answering questions, people will not feel bored and unwilling to express their personal style.

Graduates should also have a strong sense of two-way choice, and pay attention to the fate is not in the hands of the interviewer, but in their own hands. To be energetic and confident, sometimes you can end your answer by asking and asking questions.

No matter what the interview result is, when the interviewer proposes to terminate the interview, the graduates should leave in a friendly and polite way.
